Worst service ever! The girl was short with me, didn’t want to explain to me what some of the drinks were and sat there on her cellphone when there wasn’t a customer. It took over 15 minutes for 3 drinks and there was no one ahead of me. I will never come back again.

I wrote a review for a friend: "I specially drove to drink milk tea with my friends and their children at night. There are so many milk tea shops in Coquitlam. I thought this one would be the best, but the result was not satisfactory. I really don't understand why. The sugar level in each cup is so sweet. Did you really follow the instructions? The service attitude is drunk and smells worse than my mother’s face. Why do I need to tip you? I didn’t ask you to bring me tea or water. What the hell, I just came here to buy a drink and leave. Can anyone kindly explain me?"

The only bubble tea place I've been to don't accept credit card. And their reason is the fee is too high?! Then why all the other locations can accept that fee and make profit? Funniest excuse ever heard!And their customer service? Is there any? I wish I can give a 0.

I like their tea. It's a chain and I always buy tea from them. The atmosphere is nice.

The environment is very good and the air conditioning is very good in summer. They use plastic straws, which are very popular. But the milk tea is not rich enough, and the pearl particles are small and have no brown sugar flavor. Overall, the pearl milk tea tastes bland and not good to drink.

This place has the worst customer service. The place is too small and doesn't fit 2 3 people if there is a line. Since it was the first time we were here, we didn't know the menu and told the person after us to go ahead as we were still deciding. We then saw the menu on the counter and held it up as it had pictures of drinks. The cashier then threw a cold and mean look at me. She raised the voice and scolded me for why I took the menu, why did I take it and not let other customers read it. She then continue yelling that I should have taken the paper menu which hid in the corner of the counter. It was the first time I am here and not familiar with the place. How the heck I know that there's another paper menu somewhere???? Why that piece of menu is that important when even nobody behind me were complaining that they can't read the menu because of me. No other customers was concerned then why that mean cashier was concerned. Are you not trained to politely tell customer to use different menu???? Aren't menu for customer's useNever ever visit this place again.

Love this place. Our favourite bubble tea shop because service is always good and their drinks are fresh and delicious! Not sure what all the other reviews are on about — we’ve always had a good interaction here.
