Amazing cocktails, truly superb! Food was great, recommend the angela burger. Our server Micheal ran out after us when I forgot my sunglasses, so nice!
Bit nostalgic for me - I used to come here regularly when I came up to courtenay for work about a dozen years ago (2012-2013). Still very good - you get a nice meal for a reasonable price and the service is fast and friendly. My favourite dinner spot in Courtenay - especially if you’re just passing through.

Excellent local café that serves more than just coffee! We went for dinner and all of our meals were absolutely dee-lish! I had the fish tacos with fresh salmon, one had pasta and one had the enchilada. The meals were all excellent and a really good size portion! Music in the background was nice and quiet enough for conversation. I would highly recommend The Atlas Cafe if you are visiting Courtenay!!

Excellent food, great variety of options, my husband is dairy free and was thrilled to have a milk alternative for his coffee and a diary free cheese for his burrito. Portion sizes were substantial, staff were friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere is super cozy and comfortable. We'll be back soon!

The food and drinks just miss the mark. I had the pasta with class and the spaghetti was heavy for the light sauce so it lacked balance. The burger was the same with cold peaches, overcooked patty and a multigrain bun. The bun was good but it was overwhelming and not balancing with the flavors. The jasmine lemonade was just lemonade and overly sour. The space was comfortable and not overly crowded.

I went here after probably a decade and the food and service was just as great as I remembered it.

We had an amazing dinner here! It was a busy night but the wait was only about 10 minutes and the service was really great. I was impressed with the flavours and serving sizes. It felt like a place where you really get what you pay for – very reasonable pricing for an impeccable dining experience all around. We shared the clams, I had the panzanella salmon salad, and my boyfriend had the Angela burger (plus we each got a drink and shared a dessert, equally delicious). I highly recommend checking out this restaurant!
You know those places that don't know what they want to be? This is like that, but it has each cuisine dialed in. Also, a bar in the back, great cocktails.
Really enjoy dinners here. Sadly if you're not that keen on eggs, breakfast here isn't for you - please add a few more egg-free options to the menu, thank you!
Had a fabulous time at the Atlas Cafe in Courtney. The mussels with miso are absolutely delicious! I also tried the tuna burger with avocado and it was flavorful and light. If you're in the Courtney/Comox area, then I would definitely check this restaurant out.
