I'm not even finished my food and I had to leave a review. This has gotta be the best food truck I've ever gotten food from. The burger is unreal and the polenta fries are to die for. Highly recommend going here if you've never been. Can't believe it took me this long to try out.
I had to try Black Market Food Truck after seeing all the high praise on Google, and it did not disappoint! The food was excellent, and the crispy rib stood out as absolutely outstanding. The flavors were spot on, and everything was cooked to perfection. Definitely worth the hype, and I’ll be coming back for more!
Here we are again. This time my wife went with her burger which she once more devoured with delight and I tried the Ramen. I am not yet a hot spice person and was delighted that the cook used his expertise with veggies, herbs and spices to give the dish a heightened taste without the added fire which seems to be prevalent nowadays. Ate half and had the other half later that day. A lot of food in that container. Once more, really impressed with the food taste/presentation....
