Worth the 5 stars. The chef clearly is putting care and love into this food. The polenta fries are amazing! Best use of polenta I’ve ever had - nice and crispy and soft with a delicious mayo/truffle like sauce. The KFC chicken sandwich was delicious. I need to try the rest of the menu. Please help support these good folks.
Everything they make here is amazing! Great mix of flavors and textures. 10/10 recommend. Awesome stop for any foodie! First tried this place about 2 weeks ago and its now an official 1-3 stops a week. 🫡😉 Love this truck.❤️
Holy Polenta Fries, Batman!
Perfectly crisp exterior, creamy interior, and beautifully dressed with the scallions, mayo, and sweet sauce.
Next time I am in town I will absolutely be coming back to try more of their menu.
Only detracted atmosphere stars due to current demolition projects happening surrounding them. Nothing against the business itself.
