I visited the Booster Juice location recently arriving at 8:53 PM. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The staff member, an Indian girl, informed us that it was only a few minutes before closing time, and she would not be able to prepare our drinks. While we understand that closing time is important, it was disheartening to be turned away with only three minutes to spare. We left the store feeling dissatisfied, as we had hoped for a more accommodating and customer-focused experience.
We appreciate that the staff may have had end-of-day procedures to follow, but it would have been great if they had been more understanding of our request, given the limited time remaining. This experience left us questioning the customer service standards at this location.

Typically receive alright service here, but not on this occasion. I do understand that it was 15 mins before closing, but there are more polite ways of dealing with customers. The clerk immediately became quite short with me, refused to make anything other than classic smoothies and then spoke rudely to me when I stepped toward the menu to look, as she had already washed the floor. I’m in most days for a smoothie and a wrap, but this was enough to turn me around.

I went in 10 minutes before closing and the open sign was on so I thought I’d get a drink last minute, but the second I walked in I was greeted with a disappointed face as I assume she didn’t want anymore customers. My dad walked in after me and asked if they were still open and she said no, because they had to do clean up responsibilities. I’ve worked a similar place for 2 years and I’m not sure what Booster Juices policies are on cleaning up the store, but in my experience typically it’s done after the store is said to be closed. The time is written on the door for when it’s to be closed, and if you were going to clean up early it would’ve been better to turn off the sign and lock the door to make it more clear. Not to mention it looked like they had been cleaning up for a while, which makes me think that maybe it was started way earlier than needed. Will be going back, I love the orange smoothie. Just hoping for some better service next time.

Two women working. One on the phone, one making a smoothly. No eye contact. No greeting. Not even “hi”. Waited 5 minutes, still not even acknowledged. We were standing right at the counter - Walked out. No idea how the place stays in business. Won’t be back.

Shown up multiple times in the past week and they have not been open at 8am. Even had rude service from one of the young woman who work there when i showed up 15 mins after 8. She told me that the store wasn't open and that id have to come back later. Not my fault you showed up 1 min to 8 and didn't have time to open the store.
