Just finished at booster juice! The woman serving us was so kind. She was extremely helpful. She was amazing to the client I was supporting. Helping to take their order in a confidence building way. 10/10 come here if you want the best customer service.

Love this place! Staff are always very nice and helpful, and their food and drinks are delicious! It's relatively pricy though, but Booster Juice is a good treat every now and then.

Shown up multiple times in the past week and they have not been open at 8am. Even had rude service from one of the young woman who work there when i showed up 15 mins after 8. She told me that the store wasn't open and that id have to come back later. Not my fault you showed up 1 min to 8 and didn't have time to open the store.

(this happened about a month ago)i’m a person who suffers with social anxiety, i went in there for the first time wanting to try something new. so i go up to order and was greeted by a very rude man (tall, thin,has black hair and glasses). i asked for the strawberry surprise? (i think that’s what is called) but i asked for it without cranberries he immediately was like what do you mean? you need something to blend the drink with so i said ok i’ll just have it with cranberry. be started becoming more and more agitated, at this point i actually starting shaking due to my social anxiety and then he raised his voice at me saying i need to put something in the drink to blend it because you can’t blend a drink without liquid (which i knew) and said yes with the cranberry juice, he makes the drink without asking me what size (i wanted the snack size but didn’t say anything) and he handed me the large more expensive size. i didn’t want to pay the almost $8 drink because of this poor behaviour. but did anyways and was left upset. do not come here if you’re looking for something new + wanted friendly employees (because i don’t think there is one)
Today, Friday August 26, at 1:20. I went in to order two regular size beverages. The young man working was not personal, not informed, and definitely not friendly. After I received my order I used the washroom facilities, a female STAFF was exiting the facility.Both rolls of toilet paper were empty ?. She acted shocked when I told her no paper. Where has customer service gone??? I'll spend $20 elsewhere next time!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. When we asked to split our regular into two snack cups that was not a problem. It appeared to be a very clean store offering quick service. We'll be back.

I was served by Snow today. What an incredibly kind, sweet, and hard-working person. I have food sensitivities but, before I even needed to say so, I was offered an ability to modify things as needed and even given suggestions. On top of the great service, the beverage was delightful. Thanks, Snow ☺️
