Absolutely stellar service. I ordered from Kamloops and had some chocolates delivered to an elderly family member. In Courtenay. Staff were so helpful in assuring they would arrive in time and great at keeping me informed. Best chocolates and amazing service at an extremely busy time of year. 😁.
Love the bread and the chocolates. However, we have ordered many cakes over the years for celebrations and the last 2 times we have gotten the carrot cake it has not been moist, very dry and not enjoyable. I am now setting out to master my own carrot cake due to my recent disappointment.

Outstanding overnight delivery (from Vancouver Island to the mainland) of beautiful and delicious chocolates, as a gift for a family member who remembers these as the best chocolates she has ever had, several years after she spent a summer in Courtenay. Thank you to the very kind and helpful person who took my call and gave me some ideas before I placed the order online.
I placed an order for a carrot cake for a baby shower for my daughter. It was delivered and we were all blown away at how absolutely beautiful the cake was. In addition it tasted fabulous!!! Thanks Hot Chocolate great job!!!

Really annoying that they have no washroom now. They say they don't have a washroom but they definitely do - they used to let people use it. Why do you treat your customers like this?
