Pretty frustrated with fatburger Courtenay. We love ordering their chicken tenders but they keep screwing up our order. The first couple of times I figured it was a simple mistake but it has happened a few more since then. The latest, tonight, was that we ordered two 6 piece chicken tenders with 2 orders of curly fries and 2 ice teas. What we got was 1 order of curly fries, one order of 6 piece chicken tenders and one 5 piece chicken tenders. Guess I should have have checked the order at the restaurant as this type of thing seems to keep happening. Sucks when you have paid for one thing and then get home and realize you didn't get what you paid for.

Ordering online is a complete disaster. They don’t even show their full menu.
I can’t even order their signature fat burger online. My options are atrocious.
And even at that I cannot add an extra patty to make a double burger. I cannot order in store as I work and cannot wait around while it’s being made.
Sort out your BS and provide your menu for orders.

staff was kind but took 50 minutes to get me curly fries and a milkshake and the fries were barely half a basket for $5, and i had to decide on a tip beforehand, if i’d have known it’d take so long i wouldn’t have tipped or come in at all

Mushroom Swiss burger had 5 shrivelled pieces of mushroom, and the burger seemed a lot smaller than at other FatBurger restaurants I have visited. So disappointing as it is usually my favourite burger around. Could have gotten a McDonalds burger for far less of a cost

The food is good but service leaves something to be desired. No one in charge and under trained staff. Literally watch staff and management walk around doing nothing no cleanup or food service.
Door Dashed, they gave us the wrong burger, when I called he could not explain why they gave me the wrong burger, nothing was done to make it right. I do not recommend this location.

The burger tasted OK, but I'm sure I ate a lot of parchment like in the photo, hope I didn't get poisoned... I know it's made of wax
Service was alright. Staff was friendly. The fries were not hot and the burger was alright. I have defenitely had better tasting food and I was starving when I ate it. I would go back but it would not be on the top of my list. Not amazing but defenitely not a "bad" meal.

Took us ten minutes to order because there was a lack of "communication" with the counter associate. I was looking at my watch. He had us repeat our order numerous times because he kept getting confused on what we wanted. Couldn't quite seem to get it right. Ended up getting our order incorrect. Didn't offer to fix or anything. Frustrating to spend a lot of time and money and still get our order wrong. Food was tasty though

I ordered 4 burgers and went over the order with them very carefully. They made 3 of the 4 burgers completely wrong. I then went back to get the correct order and received 1 of the 3 incorrect. The customer service was non-existent and I was met with zero apologies. I truly hope that they improve from this.

Merry Christmas Fatburger Team,my Girlfriend and i we are really big fans of your wings! So we decided on the 25. December to have your wings. The sign on your door said your open till 7 pm this day.We arrived at 6 pm unfortunately the guy who already cleaned the floor said we are only open till six. I showed him the sign on his door and he only said oh i didn’t knew that…. If you are not open till 7 pm don’t write it on your door.
