The turkey sandwich special tasted moldy,. If you have ever accidentally tasted moldy bread you would understand. They took 20 minutes for a plain sandwich. They post specials on their windows and they do not honor the price and charge you extra because they say comes with fries and drink but do not specify size on advertisements. They then upside the fries and charge extra without advising the customer. Sleezy in my opinion. Will never return.

It's too bad this place has gone so far down hill, it use to be my favorite place to eat, the service is terrible, not a smile on sight, and I was over charged for what I asked for as if I wouldn't ask for my receipt. Not to mention the upkeep. It's sad that I will not be returning.

First Time at Fatburger – Great Experience! Tried Fatburger for the first time and it did not disappoint! The burger was absolutely delicious – fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. On top of that, Hushan working at the front was really helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

New management is doing a lot to make the place more welcoming. Food is to Fatburger standard of quality - very good, hot, out in a reasonable amount of time. The guy working the front counter was very personable and helpful - he offered to grab me extra napkins without me saying anything, and was making small talk with most of the customers.
All they really gotta do is deal with the plywood in front of the broken window that's been there for like three months at this point and they're golden.

I just bought 10 pieces of buffalo wings with two flavours: lemon pepper and honey garlic. But instead, they gave me all 10 pieces in honey garlic, and put the lemon pepper as a dipping sauce which I didn’t ask for. The honey garlic wings are tasteless, like they just mixed sauce with water. I can’t even taste the garlic or the honey.
Driest burger I've had in my life, head of the lettuce on top to boot. New ownership...

I had highexpectations, but was disappointed with my order. I anticipated a juicy saucy burger with intense flavor, but was met with pure blandness, nothing stood out. A Wendy’s burger is honestly tastier at half the price. I don’t see myself returning here again. Service was mediocre at best really nothing stood out overall it was a bland and uninspiring experience.
