Great pub fare, drink menu and a beer menu. Service was great even when we told him that we needed to rush out to catch a ferry! Thank you!
The owner/manager seems to enjoy hosting his friends who then get pissed drunk and drive home after, but not before burning the tires off of their diesel trucks in the parking lot at 2am. Absolute trash people. Wonder why the cops don't just hang out there and hand out impaireds and stunting/dangerous driving tickets. Wouldn't eat here if you paid me.
I was visiting from the states recently and was staying at the attached hotel.
I don't like leaving again after I check in so having that convenience of walking over was nice.
I was seated fairly quickly and my server was not bad, not great, you know, she did her job and checked on me but I don't need to be catered to and checked up on a million times so I appreciate that she checked with my occasionally or briefly as she walked by.
I ordered the fish and chips, I opted for a second piece of fish because I normally do. Not necessary here! Those pieces are big enough that you only need one, assuming you eat like a normal person.
I thought the fish was good, but not the best I've ever had. It was breaded and cooked well.
I ordered a local brew that I can't remember what it was now, but it was cold and fresh.
Ordered a cheesecake that was ok. Pre-made like most places. I expect that
Atmosphere is very much a bar/pub vibe
I would eat here again
We’re weren’t sure how this restaurant would be but were pleasantly surprised and impressed! One person had a pizza and they loved it. Another had the fish tacos and said they were amazing. I had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The focaccia bread used was super fresh, chicken was cooked perfectly and the all around flavour was great.
I definitely recommend!!
The place is lively and the bartender is sweet and awesome. The food is good. The drinks are even better.
It was alright everything that I expected was there so it just seemed right.
Try the Pizza....fantastic!
Tarun is a phenomenal server. No customer is ever without a drink when he's working. The pub has a great happy hour and Saturday promotional food menu is awesome and so cheap!
I’ve never had a pizza that was ruined by too much cheese before. But this place managed it.
Thin crust pizza with an inch of cheese on it.
By the time I got it to my hotel the bottom of pizza box was dripping grease.
Completely inedible.
I was not able to take it back as we were too far to make it worth while.
Also pizza oven is not wood fired as their website says. It’s a gas pizza oven.
3 thumbs down
Karaoke every Sunday, great vibes and wonderful staff!

Great place to stop in and enjoy a lunch or dinner with a drink. Right next to the hotel, so very convenient.
I said “excuse me” to an employee and they for real walked past and said nothing and I said it loud my friends heard me and were like “damn”
My buddy ordered a specialty beer and it was deftly skunked cause the next one. He got which was the same thing was a totally different color and he was sick next day lol but other than that, the food was good
The Saturday specials are a deal. Every meal is $7 with drink .. and it taste really good.
I really wish I had better things to say about this place as I really want to support local and see local businesses thrive. I also understand how challenging the catering industry is having been involved in it myself. Sadly, however, there’s a reason this place is always fairly empty. It’s dated and characterless with low grade, uninspired food. I’ve been twice and wouldn’t go back unless they had a complete overhaul, which they desperately need in every department if they want to do better.
