My first time tasting a Gladstone IPA. As an ardent Hop Head, I was absolutely gobsmacked at the level of craft in this beer. The hops were perfectly managed to create the IBU of a 'go-to' beer that anyone would be proud to serve to their best buddies. Way to go Gladstone.

I’ve been here once before. Had such a great experience that I chose to visit again for Canada Day. Unfortunately it was an unadvertised “special” menu that seemed to only have a few burger options. One option that wasn’t available was the amazing nachos they normally have. Ended up going home to left overs, which made for an upsetting experience. Not saying i won’t be back, but I highly recommend calling before planning your evening out. So to sum it up, the nachos are amazing and wish they would have been available in this “special menu”.

Ordered an ipa and got a beer that test excessively lime like. Never had there beer before, not sure if that was the wrong beer or they are going for some new flavors, that aside, I was looking forward to my burger and it was dryer then expected, minimal sauce, fries were plentiful and crispy, atmosphere was cool. Nice place to be on a sunny day.
AMAZING patio for dog owners and dog lovers alike. I could barely focus on how nice my beer was because I kept making eyes at all the cute dogs. Shady, spacious, and welcoming. This is how a brewery patio should be done. Absolutely loved it! Courtenay is such a beautiful place and Gladstone really feels like a social epicentre for locals and tourists alike. Absolutely do not skip stopping here. It was recommended to me by a local I met in Qualicum and they were spot on with their glowing recommendation!
