If you're in Courtenay and craving a tasty pizza, I highly recommend checking out Local Pizza . I recently had their pesto chicken pizza, and it was fantastic—loaded with veggies and chicken, and the pesto sauce was delicious. Plus, the staff are really friendly and they whip up the pizza quickly.
