“Our experience was rare - right after our food arrived - the man from the front desk told us that the maintenance guy (who was in our suite to fix our TV - knowing we had a dog and to be careful not to let our dog out) - let our dog out!!! There was then a big search - the maintenance team and the manager of food and services all out with flashlights looking on the golf course and through neighbouring streets. My husband and I in our car windows down calling our dog as we slowly drove around for 1 and 1/2 hours. We decided to go back to our condo and continue on foot - when, there was our dog at the front door - dirty and happy!! The food manager and search team were notified and the manager delivered our dinner to us free of charge!! A very happy ending!!!“
