Went to take my teen niece out for dinner yesterday. The waitress who was a blonde middle aged lady asked for both of ID to which I said I have mine and she’s not drinking. The waitress said “doesn’t matter she needs ID or to be with a guardian” to which I tried to explain that I am one of her guardians and we live together. The waitress said “doesn’t matter I won’t serve you”. So we left. I am a young appearing 23 so I feel like she just profiled us as a couple teens trying to underage drink. Definitely left us with a crappy impression and experience

I had a deeply disappointing experience dining here with two of my friends recently. We’ve visited this restaurant multiple times before and never had any issues, but this time the treatment we received was unacceptable and frankly felt racist.

When we arrived, the server /bartender (a lady) asked for IDs, which we understand is standard procedure. However, only one of us had an ID on hand. We were politely trying to explain that we’ve been here before and have never been asked for ID at the door like this. Instead of listening, she cut us off and said, “You’re not even allowed to be in the building.” Her tone and attitude were unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. For context, we were only there to have food — not to order any drinks — so the reaction felt completely uncalled for.

To make matters worse, another server was actively taking orders from other tables, but we were told we only had 3 minutes to place our order — at 9:40 PM — which felt incredibly rushed and rude, especially since the place was still serving others without issue.

Even while we were eating, the same server kept coming by and reminding us that we had to finish and leave by 10:30 PM. It felt like we were being pushed out and monitored in a way that others weren’t. The entire experience made us feel unwelcome and targeted.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. We came in for a meal, nothing more, and were met with hostility and what felt like racial bias. Sadly, we won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

Worst customer experience ever, no attention given, felt unwanted, it wasn’t even busy, may be they are just racist or I don’t know what was their deal

We've had the fish and chips, many times, but the last couple of times it tasted dried out and refrozen, this is sad love the beer batter, fish is not as good, also had a pink tinge to the meat.😒

Went for the name that tune bingo night. Place was really busy and we were a larger group so service was a bit strained. Food was pretty good and the bingo was a lot of fun.

This was our second visit. We both ordered the burger, adding bacon and cheese, and gravy for the fries. I requested a caeser salad instead of fries.

This was the best restaurant salad I've had in a long time! Real pieces of bacon, roasted garlic cloves, excellent croutons (really!), all with a balsamic drizzle.

To make the meal even better, it was a really great burger.

I have one comment of interest. Up front, on the menu, the burger was very well priced. However, every item we wanted with our burger was an extra charge. Bacon, cheese, salad sub, gravy.

It added up in a hurry, having ordered 2 burgers.

When food is exceptional, you pay, tip well, and leave with a smile!

I’ve eaten here several times since moving to the area and the food is always great. Unfortunately the service is a hit and miss, depending on the day. This then contributes to a less than stellar atmosphere. But, I like the food, it’s never disappointed me or my partner. I will say, I wish they had a wider range of salads and had an option to do half orders. Sometimes I want a balance of unhealthy food with healthier foods lol, and if they could add this to their delivery menu because I don’t always eat in the restaurant.

I should add, one time my partner and I came for happy hour, sometime in September and the service was exceptionally bad. The restaurant was almost empty, the service was slow and the server abandoned us. She asked us if we wanted drinks and we said no and the service fell off from there. It was one of the first questions after taking our order. It left a poor taste in our mouth. Based on the reviews it would seem this restaurant could work to improve this area. Please do better. I like the food and sometimes I’m too busy to cook, so I am happy to be a regular, but I don’t want to feel unwelcome or like a burden. I’m not sure what is going on to make y’all act this way but I sure hope you figure it out.

Oh, and while I am sharing constructive feedback, I wish you had a vegetarian pasta dish. It’s a shame to pay full price when you remove the meat. It does not cost the same to make.

Visiting from Vancouver and my wife and I went for fall off the bone baby back ribs. Dry and extremely tough. Took steak knives to try to saw some meat off. Flavor of sauce was good but honestly we're too polite to send food back to the kitchen. We should have this time. I'm done ordering ribs at any restaurant after this experience. Bottles of wine 1/2 price during Happy hour...so there was that !

We love this place for the best Happy Hour around…Friday was 1/2 price bottles of wine night. Can’t beat that plus good food and atmosphere. You don’t even go into the casino, thank goodness!

Please bring back the lager you used to have on tap. It was reasonably priced and tasty. You replaced it with Corona for 9 dollars a glass. Also, the dusty old cutting boards you serve burgers and sandwiches on need to go. The last time I was there I had the spicy Hawaiian pizza and it was fantastic. It seemed like the crust had garlic butter on it. I was very sad to see the dirty fries go. The new garlic fries didn’t have enough toppings and most of the fries were bare. It would be awesome if the patio side was open more. I’m assuming it’s a staffing issue. Overall, the service is very good. There is a server called Kat who is always on the ball. Thanks Kat!

Wings on Thursday nights is kind of a hoax, advertised as games day wings 1/2 price, but you need to pay for side carrot&celery and blue cheese dip extra... that's unbelievable.
