Watching a team of 2 or 3 tops during a lunch rush is very rough :( . They're trying their best but it's obvious they can only do so much at once, especially with customers who are less than kind. Please consider additional staff if possible.

Ordered two cheese burgers with bacon got what I'm guessing was deluxe cheese burgers no bacon and were so sauced up they could NOT eat them . Not going back as they have messed up orders everytime .

My coffee was messed up twice and given To the wrong person. Long wait. And then I get my coffee take a sip and all I can smell.is perfume. The whole lid smells like women's perfume.

You know every single restaurant in courtenay provides you some way to carry your food out of the store, without demanding payment for packaging.
If like to add that the uncharged for the bag is just a cash grab.
When ordering bags in bulk like McDonald's does they cost approximately $0.02 per bag.
The uncharged is 12 times higher than the cost of the bag.
This is a horrible way to make extra money. Again NO OTHER restaurants in the valley charge their customers for take out containers. And here it's just a 3 penny paper bag.

Tried to get simply a coffee and apple pie. Was told 11 minutes for the pies. 35 minutes later after many many customers had been served around us, we finally had to leave. We missed our ferry anyway and never got the pies we paid for. The kids at the counter rolled his eyes at me when I asked why it takes 25 minutes for an apple pie. He said because we're very busy. Did I mention that we missed our ferry?? If I could give no stars, I would
Two times to get a burger done correctly. First time it was cold , then put mustard on the burger when requested not to (allergic). After all said and done, left establishment without my meal. This doesn’t include the 10min wait time i first initially waited. Better training and management needed

This is unreal!!! Ordered take-out to go and for some reason the staff asked if I need a bag, I point to my tote grocery bag and said I have this. Order then comes on a tray with fries all spilled on it. I tell the girl "I said take-out" she then say's "you didn't order a bag", I reply "can I get a bag, I thought he meant to carry it all"...she follows up with "you didn't order one". So I had to proceed and dump all the fries and loose fries and burger in my open grocery tote bag, while she watched....SHAME ON THIS PLACE!!!

My son and I went in just before 7pm on May 16th. Stood there for almost 5 minutes at the till. Not a single employee even so much as acknowledged us. The Filipino woman was less than 3 feet from us, refused to make contact. Don’t bother even saying a simple, “I’ll be right with you.” Nothing. Remember when McDonalds had good service? We finally left without getting anything because they were so rude.
