The staff were friendly and accomodating. The treats were delicious and gf! ( if you have a gf allergy you know this to be an oxymoron) The specialty tea was healthy and delicious. I also found the art quite spectacular!

Very nice coffee stop if you ever need it. Plenty of parking and bike friendly. We ordered the pour over medium roast coffee and cinnamon roll. The staff are very friendly and provided service with a smile.Parking: Parking at the front of the cafe is for small cars but there are plenty of nearby slots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not a problem.

The staff needs to be let go at Courtenay location. Completely incompetent staff. Coffee used to be better. Machine needs to be calibrated. Staff needs to be properly trained.

Milano has 2 locations; one trendy and slick (near the hospital and Uni) and the other a cozy cottage-like location in dt Comox. Love them both. What is consistent is the coffee, food and service!
