Since opening day, at this Courtenay franchise, ALL the staff and management at this establishment have always been friendly, efficient, and courteous. The food has always been very good. Pizza, Boneless wings, bread, etc. I can recommend them without any reservations. I typically order online and have had no issues whatsoever. :)

Me and my boyfriend were craving pizza and decided to try out a place we’ve never had before. Unfortunately, the pizza tasted like it was dipped straight into an oil rig. We love garlic sauce, but the “garlic butter” sauce it was supposed to be ended up tasting like a mini sample of a tub of Bacel butter. The service was great, but otherwise we will not be trying it again. Ever.

I work nearby and often pop in for a quick lunch item. The woman who works the dayshift is so awesome! She always addresses me by name, asks how my day is and is so very pleasant, I always leave with a smile and return to work to enjoy my lunch. (Highly recommend the papadias) Always consistently great! The owner is lovely and she appreciates her staff and treats them well - and for all of these reasons, I will continue to go and continue to recommend! GREAT JOB YOU GUYS!

Worst franchise of papa johns TBH. As to your reply. No I do not have the sticker, receipt or the box. I was at a friend's house whom asked if I knew a good pizza place. I've had great pizza at papa johns in Chilliwack and kelowna. Your crust is terrible. Never again

Everything looked fine, I was so excited because of the deal they were having. Buy one, get one free. When it came I gagged. Firstly, one of the pizzas were wrong. That's fine, that didn't bother me. What bothered me is that it smelled rancid. The dipping sauce was vile, the pizza sauce was vile. I had one slice just to make sure it's safe and it gave me shivers all night, food poisoning.
Everytime I buy from here something is wrong. The only good thing about my order was the breadsticks. I do NOT recommend papa John's unless you want to get food poisoning.
