Every time I go here, the owners and the staff are so kind. I've been here at least 5 or 6 times now and have no complaints whatsoever. I know the Pita Pit name is a chain but, the owners and staff make this feel like a cute local shop. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to visit them.

My wife and I go here probably once a month and are always happy to have a consistently good pita. All the staff are lovely and the owners are very kind and friendly. They clearly just love coming to their store and chatting with people, it’s excellent.
I also appreciate that you don’t have to pay extra for things like avocado and hummus, a nice touch.

What an amazing pita pit! The staff are honestly so lovely. They came out explained the entire menu to us kinda new comers. After visiting here after years I was so excited to get my fave quick meal w/ such kick ass service. You don’t get this in Vancouver or in many places left in Courtenay.
These people get it! Come in here on a bad day, and you will leave with a smile. The service staff (& I think owner?) are SO beyond kind, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, to make you not seem like a bother, to get your order right (even perfect!), everytime we leave we are incredibly impressed with the customer service. It does help that the food is always delicious, and the restaurant is always clean and inviting!
