Hi … i ordered one small veggie pan pizza.. it was so good… love the taste and i also like service and atmosphere.. all credit goes to MR. KETAN MONGA… Really appreciate for friendly behaviour and welcoming with huge smile even though store was busy… overall i enjoyed my experience ⭐️⭐️

The staff's friendliness shone through, making the visit even more pleasant. Mr Ketan demonstrated outstanding helpfulness and a consistently cheerful demeanor. DO NOT BUY! The premium pizza options have absolutely no taste or smell to them, like none. We got food poisoning from the pizza we did eat, and even our cat who eats everything wouldn't eat the stuff. Over $40 down the drain. Spend your money elsewhere. Even dominos is better than this bs.

New owners? It’s gotten worse. Pizzas seem smaller, definitely less toppings on a smaller surface & when paying at the counter the hand you the interac machine with the tip percentages. I did not see a no tip option. I normally wouldn’t tip before eating & checking quality. Was take out. Not a sit down restaurant.

After 2 separate calls (1 where their call center couldn't find the store location.... 😅) and almost 15 minutes of trying to order 2 pizzas, they refused to honour the price online. I'm a huge hut fan, but won't be doing business with this location again

Ordered online. Pizza originally had an eta of 30 minutes than 45 minutes later it updated to an hour and a half. Tried to call the store could not get through. Got the call center said they couldn't do anything for me and transfered me back to the store. Finally got through the call quality was terrible and couldn't hear anything and eventually just gave up. Pizza arrived cold, fries are soggy. Do not recommend ordering from this store

Never order from this store! Order food delivery on Uber Eats. They accepted my order, but showing they are wrapping up my order forever. Cannot get a refund because they accepted my order. I placed an order on my phone, but warpping up was still displayed an hour later, and I couldn't get support from uber eats because it was restaurant delivery. I tried to call the store, but the phone told me that the store was closed, which was a terrible experience! If you cannot complete the order, please do not accept this order! I'm very disappointed in pizza hub.

What terrible service. Several times now I’ve ordered pizza from these guys and it’s always either late this time. It came late and cold. The drive from their restaurant is a four minute drive to my house. It’s absurd that it takes them 40 minutes to deliver my pizza and it’s late And cold. Nothing like having to reheat your fresh pizza
If you like cardboard for the crust and the lowest quality ingredients with a bland taste then this is the go to restuarunt. As everyone know pizza hut isnt even close to what it was 30 years ago. Think they using the same ingredients as Panago and dominoes . High in nitrates and other nastiea. This is why you pay 35 bucks for a himade pizza from the non franchise restuarunt with premium ingredients

For the second time, the delivery driver could not even follow clear directions to call upon arrival as per requested. On top of that, after filing a complaint with head office have had ZERO attempt to rectify the situation. Complete garbage customer service from top to bottom for a product that's overpriced anyways. Again, somewhere I will NEVER give my money too. After all shouldn't you get exactly what you order?

I screwed up my kids’ online order and called immediately but the call went through PH headquarters so by the time they rerouted me to the Lerwick shop it had been 5-10 minutes. They told me no problem, they were so kind and said they could fix the order and it was only at the very end of the call that I realized they had already made the botched one but that they were making us a new one. Very kind. I have teens, we order here often. I appreciated it. :)

Expect wait times comparable to a government office and less help. Literally the worst place in town to try and get a pizza. Every time I try I'm reminded why I go elsewhere
Edit: 50 minutes later than delivery timing. Been on hold for 25 minutes on what is my 6th call. Ordered from somewhere else.

Super disappointed in service. Actually went into pizza hut on and tried to order the pizza box for a bday party and the guy did not know what I was talking about. Budget $45 but with out the deal it was $69. Ended up pre-ordering 3 large pizza around noon for pick up Saturday at 5:15 pm. Asked the man if he wanted my name and number and he said no all good, which I thought was strange. I arrived at 5:15 and nobody knew what I was talking about. Thankfully I had my receipt but was told they were in oven and would be 4 mins, waited 20. The bday party were all waiting at our house. Not impressed. Should have been told they would deliver for free or given a coupon for a free pizza. Seemed very unorganized and nobody took responsibility for their mess up.
