Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went to Popeyes and really admired the food quality—it was very good. However, the inside of the store was extremely hot. It felt like the air conditioning was not working, and the temperature inside seemed to be above 32°C. I wanted to eat my food inside, but because of the heat, I couldn’t. I’m not sure how other customers managed, but it was very uncomfortable. Popeyes should consider fixing or installing a proper air conditioning system to improve customer experience.

Good chicken sandwich. They gave me the wrong side, but oh well. Drive through person was very hard to understand as they were not a native English speaker.

August 9th 11:30 am. Excellent service, great staff and fantastic food. The gentleman manager working there made us feel very welcoming . Best guy and best service ever. It is one of the best fast food places out there for sure without any doubt.

I got uncooked chicken so I went and asked for a replacement, they made a redo of them and threw the old ones away. This time I made sure I cut it open before walking away to be certain it was cooked and it was even more pink than the first ones ( pictured). I asked for a refund at that point because my break at work was already over but she kept insisting to make me something else because she’d have to ask her manager first ( the manager was in the back not even 20 steps away) I refused and finally she came back after several minutes and refunded me whilst not communicating or apologizing. Overall bad experience but not too many good things to expect from a fast food chain Ig 🤷‍♀️

Staff greeting and order taking skills are non-existent, I would say poor communication but there was no communication about how long the order would be. The product itself is good. Popeyes chicken is good. Service and communications need work. Do drive thru customers get priority over walking-in customers? The shift manager did not seem to care when I gave her this feedback. If the staff are in training, you need to communicate that to the customer. Overall a poor experience.

This is the most delicious chicken ever created by a fast food chain. I was lucky enough to order a chicken sandwich that not only satisfied my craving but changed my life. 28-30 grams of protein? For a very affordable price. I feel enriched by my experience with Popeyes and will be a frequent customer. ( I wish I could add I photo but unfortunately it is too late…)

This is one of my favorite fried chicken restaurant in town! The food is so good and so reasonably priced! Not to mention their servers. They always greet us with a very happy and warm attitude! I would like to recommend Cha because she was so patient, friendly and attentive when I came by to pick up a huge order! 5/5 recommend!

Save your money. We just got a family meal for a birthday request and it was awful. Stale fries, stale onion rings, stale biscuits and paid extra for white meat and did not get a single piece. Chicken was burnt and shrivelled. Store was grubby and staff made me question the safety of our dining choice. Just a big disappointing yikes on every level.
