Absolutely terrible service as the waiting times for the food are long and it's whether you get super old chicken or you will gonna have to wait until they cook a new chicken (15-20) mins

While the service and atmosphere is not a particular strong point, the chicken is just SO good that i cant give it less than 4 stars.

I will not be returning. I had to leave without ordering. Second time this has happened. Only one other person in the entire restaurant. The employees were so busy with online orders. No eye contact, didn't speak to me, I was there for a long time. Nothing. No communication at all.

Visited today for lunch. Food was great. Staff was excellent. Will come back for more.

Cant rate the food, couldnt get anyone to serve us at the counter. Midweek, 11:30 am, not a soul inside. One worker loitering at the drive through, one employee looking like a manager in a corner playing phone. Chef twiddling thumbs. Waited over 5 minutes, then walked out. Never again.

Can't tell you about the atmosphere as I've only used the drive through, but I can tell you they have THE BEST chicken burgers in town, hands down. I love that the staff read back your order when you get to the payment/pickup window and then again as they hand you the food. Staff is friendly and polite. Popeyes also has the best coleslaw in town. This is my go to place when I'm hungry. Prices are decent too, considering the prices at other fast food restaurants.

Parking: Lots of parking on the side. You have to walk, however, the distance is short.
