Last time I was here I was asked to leave due to having a dog. Never had this problem at any other Starbucks (my dog is well behaved in public, several people were even surprised to know he was there).

Ordered a venti caramel macchiatto and grande chai. Chai came out in a kids size cup, I questioned it and they corrected quickly. Got my other drink and left. I didn't sip mine until after I had left and was disappointed to find I had a nice cup of sweet steamed milk! The barista didn't put in any of the espresso shots...... Chai was good though, my friend was happy ? and I was undercaffinated for the rest of the day
I was waiting in the car while my sister bought me a Pike ( tall ) black coffee...Only trouble was that is wasn't hot it was slightly warm .Tell the Manager to tell the employees customers who order black coffee prefer it hot and freshAs apposed to old and slightly warmed

I had ordered breakfast from here and do not eat pork. I ordered beyond meat sandwiches and the packages were labeled correctly however when I got home took a bite out of a bacon sandwich !!! I am horrified. I do not eat pork due to religious reasons. I can’t believe how someone could make this mistake. I feel awful that I took a bite out of a bacon cheddar sandwich! I’m so upset

My friend who is black went in a 1-1.5 weeks ago and was not asked their name for their cup, and then overheard the barista on bar ask the barista on front till who the drink was for. The barista on front responded with "Yeah I didn't ask because I thought the name would be hard to pronounce." I don't think I have to explain what's wrong with that. They then stood there waiting for their drink after that humiliation and when the drink was ready, the beverage wasn't called out for them. They eventually walked up and asked if the drink was their's. For a company that promotes themselves as a 'third' place, and aligns themselves with Black Lives Matter, this is an embarrassment. Disappointed but not surprised.

A very nice friendly coffee shop inside Thrifty foods. The staff are nice and friendly and the food tastes very good.
