Always love getting my tea here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not sure about a tea? They will gladly bring it down from the shelf so you can take a sniff. And there are so many teas, if you can't find one here, you are the problem, not the shop! :^)

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about teas. Large, curated selection with owners who actually travel to visit the farms they buy from. Even offer a small discount for bringing your own reusable containers. Highly recommended!!

Lovely tea and gift shop, wonderful and knowledgeable staff, plus a great location. 10/10 recommend if you are passionate about tea.

I’ve always had a good experience at the tea centre, but recently I was gifted a raw pu erh tea cake that came from this shop and it smells very strongly of honey, stronger than the jar of raw wildflower honey I have in my cupboard. It typically means it’s really good quality, it is obviously pretty young in terms of age, but if anyone is in search of a good quality tea cake they can age for longer, the tea centre has some amazing ones in right now when it comes to raw pu erh. I couldn’t resist breaking into it, but I plan on going back soon to get a couple more to store.

Have been going to this tea store for years for teas and teapots. Recently bought a decaf Assam tea that had a strong fishy taste to it. Brought it back to the store to inform them of the issue- perhaps a bad batch- it was handled very poorly. One of the workers, who was male (unsure if this was the owner or not) brewed the tea to taste it themselves. I was basically told “too bad” and that it was a preference issue- that it was normal for my black tea to taste like fish. The man who I spoke with made me feel like I was dumb for even bringing up my concerns. I walked out of the store feeling quite let down. I have been going to this tea store for 6 or more years now and I feel this could have been handled differently. The ladies in the store have always been so great. I hope going forward- the customer service response for an issue like this will be handled differently.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in tea, they helped me select a unique collection of teas for me to try, and seemed happy to take their time in helping me even though I arrived close to their closing time. Absolutely would return, their one of a kind selections are so cool, I'm excited to add Tea Centre to my 'must visit' list the next time I'm in town.

The owners of the tea centre; Suzanne and Marnie are some of the kindest people I've ever met. They have an amazing selection of tea (I'm boring but orange pekoe is THE BEST) and their bubble tea is my favorite in the valley! I recommend the sweet mango with non- dairy creamer and coconut jelly, just keep in mind if you're more of a tapioca pearl lover then they're only available on Saturdays!

Your one stop shop for all your tea needs. Not only do they have the best quality teas, they also have delicious flavoured mixes that only use natural flavours. In my opinion this is the best tea shop in BC! (I once heard it recommended as the best tea shop ever in the airport in Vancouver.)
