Went there twice now once it was closed in a sunday and yesterday tried again and half the menu is canceled off. They should update their website when u have major menu changes so customers are aware.
Menu has changed. More of a pub then a steakhouse now...they served cole slaw with my Rib eye and they poured salty gravy all over the steak. I liked it better before. It's too bad that they decided to cheap out with the meals now......kfc serves coleslaw .....more of a fried chicken side where I'm from. As well as they dont serve any New York strip anymore.
Brisket, brisket, brisket! Order the brisket! Burger or brisket with smoked mac & cheese. Tasty ribs but under-sauced. Decent fries but do not order the onion rings unless you’re reminiscing about poor amusement park food.
Decided to try this place after hearing that they had revamped the menu. They definitely still need to simplify it a bit. The wings we had for an appetizer were really good. My boyfriend ordered a burger and fries for his main. The burger was good but there was Curry dusted onto the fries and not enough salt. The fries would have been good with no Curry on them. I ordered the ribeye with whiskey peppercorn sauce, Chef's Choice potato and veg, extra veg. The sauce had so many Peppercorns in it that I was constantly biting into whole peppercorns, despite my efforts to pick some of them out. The mashed potatoes were under salted and still very chunky like they had hardly been mashed at all , though the flavour in them was good. The veg was golden beets, red beets and shredded warm pickled beets, which did not compliment the dish, and I was hoping for more of a variety with the vegetables. The steak was seasoned nicely but was on the rare side even though I asked for medium rare, and was not the quality of meat I was expecting for an upscale Steakhouse and 38$ a plate. The waitress was quite lovely, but the older gentleman in the front of house that was busing was kind of odd and made an uncomfortable comment to us as we left saying "don't kiss each other after those wings!" Our wings were not spicy, and even if they were? Super weird thing to say. Seems like they are trying too hard. Lots of potential there but, as someone who's frequented many fine dining establishments in the past, I can say they definitely arent there yet. We didnt make a fuss but we likely won't go back unless it's just for the wings
The last time we were here was recently during a storm when the restaurant was almost empty and we still waited 15 minutes just to have someone take our drink order, another 10 minutes before returning and taking food order. My sirloin was burned badly, smaller than advertised and too fatty. For an establishment that calls itself a "chophouse", the steaks here should be avoided. Not worth the time or the money.
This is a lovely restaurant with great food, but I have suggestions for some server training. When menus are given to customers, that's the time to give daily specials AND what dinner items are not available. I am on a special diet and had looked at menu in advance. What I ordered was not available! Whattttt? Suddenly I have all eyes on me to make another choice. Service was not fast so I didn't want to send her away and make everyone wait. So I chose a salad with added chicken (other fish option was breaded :( ) My friends ordered caesar salads and they were big. When meals came, my beet salad was minuscule with a few pieces of chicken on the side. A thoughtful waiter would have informed me upon ordering, that this was not a meal sized salad. I was upset, but held my tongue for the sake of others around me.
Love the new food and drink menu. Great service. I'll be back
I went there Oct 10, 2019 for supper, man what a fantastic meal. I will be back again, this time with friends. Great layout, I'm really impressed with the heated outside lounge. The staff were pleasant and very helpfull.
Fantastic atmosphere, staff and food. The whole menu looks great can’t wait to go again. Drink prices and food prices are really good for what you get. GREAT FOOD.
3rd time here in 3 nights due to the ambience & incredible customer service. Had written the former incarnation of Prime off because it was so bad on so many levels Congrats to the new owners for turning things around & keep it up. 😉

We went here after they revamped the restaurant. The food was not good at all, the lobster mac and cheese was better the old way, the garlic bread was burnt dry bread with no flavor. The steak was tough. Will not go back. The restaurant did not put any thought in the menu. Such a shame such a huge building with great potential.
Some food items awful including brisket nachos and calamari of all things. Servers are nice, atmosphere is good but the food was unimpressive.
10$ lunch deal only had 2 options. One is a soup with a tomato and cheese sandwich, felt like a kid eating it. Really nice place inside.
Went here for my birthday with family and friends. Staff was great and the food and drinks were wonderful. Very nice evening.
Great dinner and warm atmosphere. The roast beef was delicious. My friend had the NY steak and Cajun chicken and loved them. It was a great steak house.
