Her knowledge of the process is impressive, and she’s always happy to offer guidance or suggestions along the way. I've gone to several wine making shops on Central Vancouver Island, this was my best experience. I discovered them via a coupon, and so glad I did. Made a wonderful Nebbiolo on their suggestion; really pleased with the results. Excellent service, a can-do attitude in every sense of the word, very professional. I learned a lot, had fun and never felt rushed or uncomfortable! (The place is a little tricky to find, if you're not familiar with Courtenay, so get good driving instructions! It's worth it.)
