The customer service was extremely bad and rude. The person at the front desk did not know how to speak to customers. I ordered one item, but they gave me something completely different. When I told them about the mistake, they still charged me extra for the item I never wanted. Very disappointing experience.

Really disappointed. I ordered a large pumpkin spice latte and it was barely warm. I ordered a boston cream donut and requested it in a box so the chocolate didn't stick to the paper. When I got to the window my donut was in a bag so I had to ask them to fix it. When I got home and ate my donut, there was NO cream. Just a plain donut with chocolate on top. Tried calling but the phone just rang and rang.
The staff at this location are amazing. They have done a great job making tasty sandwiches.

We've been visiting this Tim Hortons location daily over the past week while in town for a work trip, and it has been an excellent experience. The store is spotless, including the washrooms, which shows the care they put into maintaining a clean environment. The employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. We've had the pleasure of being served by an amazing team Aman, Shrey, Happy, and Sukh. They were consistently fast with taking and preparing our orders, greeted us with a smile every day, and even checked in with us during quieter times to make sure we were enjoying our meals and had everything we needed. It's rare to find a team that combines efficiency with genuine hospitality, but this group truly made our visits enjoyable. Thank you for making our week in town feel a little brighter!
