I had a truly excellent experience at Tim Hortons. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. moreover, the staff were very nice and professional, they always give down to earth service. today, i walked in with my family, i was greeted with a smile and served with care. I really appreciate that and give them 5 stars. The team always maintain clean and well organized environment even in the peak times and hours. I appreciate the respectful attitude of the employees. I love to come back again and again. Highly recommended!

The WORST in the chain. Do NOT order any breakfast items.... Just threw out my third in a row sandwich. Inedible. I even three times asked this last English muffin be toasted in case I got the same dry stale one as last time and was assured it was even tho it took 2 seconds from the order board til it was served. So after 3 horrible experiences I've finally learned. Pay attention Dunkin Donuts... Canada is ripe for the takeover!
