I recently visited the Tim Hortons on Lerwick and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and served with a smile. My coffee was hot and fresh, and the food tasted really good. Everything was clean and quick. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Lunch options are filling and meals are good value. Especially fond of the chili, though it could be spicier. Location is conveniently put between home depot, CIBC, and the aquatic centre. Grabbing a coffee is usually pretty quick. Staff are friendly.

Used to have a mad hate on for this particular location. Poor to non at all in all aspects of any interaction I had. I am impressed how fast and good of a job they did turning this place around. No more angry workers. No more wait in line when there's no one in there for 10 minutes complete lack of respect. Good crew, fast service, never screw up orders, just a much more positive happy place to go. Good job from new employees to the manager who put the hammer down
