We had a 87th birthday and 62 years of marriage and they were very accommodating and even gave a free desert. The food was very good and we enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing evening at the Timber Room at Crown Isle. Tried the Pork Chop on the fresh sheet. Wonderful tastes, good plating, great value. Looking forward to trying the other new items on the main menu. Thank Chef Scott and Team!

Our server Raven was so amazing. She made our date night really nice. The restaurant also gave us a nice table near the fireplace as we had requested a nice date night spot. The food was delicious! Will definitely go back!!

Our experience was rare - right after our food arrived - the man from the front desk told us that the maintenance guy (who was in our suite to fix our TV - knowing we had a dog and to be careful not to let our dog out) - let our dog out!!! There was then a big search - the maintenance team and the manager of food and services all out with flashlights looking on the golf course and through neighbouring streets. My husband and I in our car windows down calling our dog as we slowly drove around for 1 and 1/2 hours. We decided to go back to our condo and continue on foot - when, there was our dog at the front door - dirty and happy!! The food manager and search team were notified and the manager delivered our dinner to us free of charge!! A very happy ending!!!

Great location, atmosphere and food, with ample parking available on premises. Fast and friendly service with larger than average servings. Come hungry & leave satisfied.

The attention to customers by the servers deserve a 5 star, however, during two of the several meals served during the hotel stay, two servers need to be trained on serving beverages. A male and female server (independent of each other) would politely ask if I wanted my drink refilled. After saying yes, they picked up my glass and coffee mug by holding the top rims with their ungloved hands and filled the glass and mug. Obviously I did not wish to drink from either as that is where they placed their hands. Who knows where their hands had been and how many other customers they served in a similar way which would transfer any virus to another. Didn't we just get through the Covid-19 virus? Didn't these servers learn anything then and why has the head waiter/waitress not schooled their staff on how to properly and safely serve customers? I give the Timber Room staff 1 star for this “cleanliness” issue and if given a chance on this site, I would not waste a star on them. It makes one wonder of how they handle food and beverages before they serve customers.

This was a return visit by our family. Everything was pleasant on this occasion during the holiday season. The Timber Room Grill was full but not as noisy as it has been on some previous visits. We enjoyed a relaxed meal with good menu options in a festive atmosphere. The OpenTable booking system worked perfectly and our table was ready as soon as we arrived.

Food was good and servers were nice but we were disappointed to not have a table available in the timber room when we made a reservation for the timber room. They seated us in the atrium due to being very busy which felt like a downgrade because it's kind of empty and drab. I chose the timber room for our anniversary dinner because it's got nice ambience and is cozy, and instead felt like we were put in a drafty auxiliary room.

My wife and I are newly weds and Lauren M. was our server. We don’t drink so Lauren gave us ginger ale but on ice as if it’s champagne and made us feel well taken care of. She had exceptional customer service and should be promoted to the manager immediately. Would recommend coming here!!

Lauren M. served my husband and I at timber grill at Crown Isle and she did an absolutely amazing job. She had exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. She made us feel very special on our honeymoon and truly made the experience wonderful. The food was great too :))))

If I want a fabulous dinner date, I would go here. The setting is beautiful, the restaurant nicely decorated, service was perfect and the food was delicious. It was a very busy Saturday night with a large table ordering just as we came through the door, so we were warned that the meals may be a little slow. That was a good idea to let us know, so we were not surprised to have a slight delay getting our food. Worth the wait.
