Huge gratitude to the amazing folks at Wayward Distillery in Courtenay. I rolled into town low on battery with no Tesla Superchargers nearby, and they generously offered me a spot to charge up. It was a slow charge, but just enough to get me back to Vancouver — and honestly, it meant the world. Accessible. Car-charging station. Clean. Friendly. Our group of 9 stopped in with no reservation, and we welcomed to taste any and all products at no charge. The Wayward Distillery mission in part, is to support honeybees. All products appear to feature honey as a flavourful or as a major constituent.
