“We stop here at least once every time we come through or stay in Cranbrook. The atmosphere and restaurant reminds me of a simpler time (in a comforting, good way) and the service is always really courteous, quick, and food is accurate to order, even with special requests. The food is always fresh and we feel good after eating, not bloated or unwell like some chain restaurants. We particularly enjoy their pasta as their sauces are simple and tasty, and the pasta is cooked al dente as it should be ! :D We have been back many times and we will continue to do so. Makes us miss the East Side Mario's that used to be open closer to home.“

“So I don’t order from here often but when I ordered a brunch take out for my wife and I, they gave above and beyond service. There was a guy in front of me taking forever on some d*** transaction they saw I had a take out item and immediately rang me through to get me on my way with my warm take out. This is exceptional service that is customer oriented that I just don’t seen in any of the other take out options in Cranbrook. They could really take a page from the staff at Denny’s to realize it’s gestures like these that will ensure return customers because I know I will be returning again next time for a take out Moon over my Hammy.“

“I just had the best beef dip au jus I’ve ever tasted in my life from Fire Hall Kitchen & Tap…loving their new summer menu! The wrap options for the burgers are sooooo good too!“

“Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. I had the Vancouver Canuck. Being a Leaf fan it was hard to order. Amazing waitress who recommended it. She was Super friendly and witty. Will definitely be back next time I’m here.“
