“Pizza Pizza is AWESOME!!!! They have a lot of choices for me as I am celiac. We love thier pizza, chicken bites and chicken wings. Hardik is an awesome delivery guy as well. He is always so friendly and curtious. If I could give you more the 5 stars I would. ????????????????????

“With an ongoing 50% off sale, you could tell the staff was overwhelmed when I walked in to pickup. My order was just being made when it should have been ready, but due to a shortage of toppings they did the best they could even adding extra of what they did have. Offered me some coupons and a bunch of apologies. not their fault. Always the best service and I love the pie so it's all good. thanks for being awesome guys and hang on..it'll be over soon!“

“We stop here at least once every time we come through or stay in Cranbrook. The atmosphere and restaurant reminds me of a simpler time (in a comforting, good way) and the service is always really courteous, quick, and food is accurate to order, even with special requests. The food is always fresh and we feel good after eating, not bloated or unwell like some chain restaurants. We particularly enjoy their pasta as their sauces are simple and tasty, and the pasta is cooked al dente as it should be ! :D We have been back many times and we will continue to do so. Makes us miss the East Side Mario's that used to be open closer to home.“

“Great place and we had fun, and definitely would come back, but please help your pool tables!!! They are in deplorable condition. It's also too bad that you sat them next to a pole and a wall that impedes shooting. Not the best location. In any case, as one of only two places that minors can go to learn to play the game, it's a real shame that the tables are left in the condition they are in. If you do choose to redo the tables, please ask whomever you get to teach your staff how to clean them properly after every shift, because they were incredibly dirty.“

“we went to Fire & Oak last night (June 14th) for my 33rd birthday. My partner and I both ordered the special-steak, garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. It took over an hour for our food. our server kept apologizing about the wait and ensuring our food would be out soon. We were then informed they had run out of potatoes and we had to switch our orders to French fries. Thinking that shouldn't take too long, we were wrong it amd was another half hour before our food arrived. Both of our steaks were ordered as medium rare and both were served to us well over cooked. At that point I was almost in tears telling our server this was the worst dinner birthday ever. Our server kept apologizing but that didn't make up for the absolute terrible experience and extremely disappointing food and we just wanted to leave. They did give us free dessert but with it being my birthday and a steak house I really had higher expectations than my experience delivered. I would not go back, I could not believe a place with such a good rating could be such a horrible choice for a birthday celebration.“
