Understaffed when I stopped in- not sure if this is the normal for here or not. Drive thru was lined up spilling onto the adjoining road, inside was lined up all the way to the restrooms. The staff were friendly, but there simply wasn't enough of them! Took roughly 15 minutes to get my drink after ordering because there were only two baristas handling all drink orders for both the cafe itself and the drive thru. Also, the parking lot is atrociously designed with little space.
came after a tattoo appt for lunch & a salted carmel cold brew. douglas couldnt have been any more lovely. from entering, to his help at checkout and leaving, he’s a great partner. love stopping in, especially being from out of town it’s always nice to spend an hour and unwind. thank you.
