Our server Terra was awesome !
Ordered two pasta dishes . Wife had the smoked chicken penne . She really enjoyed it. I had the tagliatelle and meatballs. It came lukewarm, after waiting 35 minutes I decided to not send it back. It was fairly average. Tried the sticky toffee pudding for dessert.. After 25 minutes, it came out… but here’s what funny … it was basically a heated up muffin with caramel sauce .. I promptly sent it back . Also place had no ice

We enjoyed the lodge and golfing at this beautiful golf course. The food at the restaurant was so delicious. would recommend this relaxing getaway. We also got to have some fun on the pickleball court. The mountain views are breathtaking.
If going for the breakfast menu be sure to arrive by 1030.
Although breakfast “is served till 11” they cut off the breakfast menu at random times.
This has happened a handful of times to us over the past 2-3 years when we went for brunch. Last time we left and have not been back since. Normally ate there 15-20 times each season. Zero in 2025 after last episode.
Friendly service, and excellent food!

Food was amazing here. Lots of menu choices. We had a couple group dinners and steaks were done to our liking and very flavourful. Real fast the one day was good - live the potatoes!!

Let me start off with the positives.... The service was excellent and we were well taken care of by a friendly fellow whose name I did not get. The fries were kickass... nice and crispy but not too crispy and they had a nice coating of something on them. We both really liked them. I loved my burger, it was very tasty!
Now for the 'constructive criticism'. Unfortunately they fell flat in the vegetarian department. We came across the ferry to go mountain biking and after 3 hours we were famished. My friend is a vegetarian and so ahead of time I took a look at our dining options in the area. Being spring not everything is open in Crawford Bay. There's a pub that had some okay looking options for vegetarians but Refresh had a couple of exciting options including a green chile grilled cheese sandwich and an amazing sounding masala veggie burger made in house (spiced potato patty with carrot, peas and cauliflower). I'm not a vegetarian but I like a good homemade veggie burger so I was excited about it too. We arrived famished to discover that the menu online was last year's menu and this year's menu deleted the green chile grilled cheese and replaced the delicious veggie burger with a (yawn) portabella mushroom burger. Let's be honest, no one loves a portabella mushroom burger. They are tasty when they are hot but they are hot for about 30 seconds and then they are cold, wet, spongy, chewy things with gooshy liquid squirting out. We were there at lunch time so unfortunately we didn't have the option of 2 vegetarian pasta dishes or 3 vegetarian woodfired pizza's. It was a portabella mushroom burger or bust. Sure, she could have had a salad or a vegetarian spring roll or cauliflower bites but for substance after a 3 hour mountain bike ride her only option was the portabella mushroom burger which she ordered out of sheer hunger. My friend is not a complainer and she knew that I felt bad because I enticed her with promises of delicious things no longer on the menu but she was underwhelmed. Please get rid of the portabella mushroom burger and add a few options at lunch so that our poor vegetarian friends can enjoy themselves too! Thanks!

Had a wonderful four days and nights here a couple of weeks ago and stayed in the chalets. There were three of us ladies and we had so much room, a big bed for each of us, two full bathrooms (a huge plus), and a fully equipped kitchen which meant we had the option of cooking our dinner in the condo and not having to go out for dinner every night. Beautiful location!!! Loved exploring the area and fell in love with Twin Bay golden sandy beach area just a short drive away. Felt like we were somewhere tropical not in B.C. Ps the beds were super comfy and much better than the beds we’d had in Kelowna for two nights at the start of our trip.

Used to be good but isn't now. Should have clued in when we were the only ones in the restaurant. A waste of money since the food was awful. Try Black Salt restaurant down the road.
We booked a two night stay in the new campgrounds. The sites themselves were fine but the advertised washrooms and laundry facility have not been built. Staff were nice, but not concerned with the lack of facilities at the campground. This is unacceptable. The whole facility is plastered with "Pinnacle Lifestyles" . Given a very premium price for a campground, I definitely would not recommend Kokanee Springs.
