Very slow service as if no one wanted to work, they pull you ahead at the drive-thru now to falsify about their order time and the price per burger is very expensive just like everywhere now

The young woman who was doing the take-out window today was so rude, she actually ruined my day. Food was good, but can't believe her attitude - never seen her before but very unhappy about the customer service today.

I had an experience with the lady at the till.. not sure if she was aware how rude and shitty her attitude was. Lacking patience with eyes rolling . Left feeling angry. I let you keep the change hoping you might think twice about being so short with a customer.. Didn't want to call you out from fear of getting my food messed with. Food was fine attitude sucked..

I’ve been really warming up to a&w. I’ve stopped at this one as I pass through creston breakfast and lunch usually. It’s a good one! Good quick and friendly service, clean washrooms and eating area.
If you need a quality hamburger or breakfast and you’re passing through; stop in. It’s good!

This is an update. Good friendly service but It can be costly. The best bet is to get offers from the A and W app. The thing I like best is that the hamburger patties are not frozen, so they have a distinct texture and flavor.

Great service from the manager. Ordered a meal and the burgers came out quickly. They were waiting for fries and sadly the burgers were on the tray the full time(approx 5 min). When I made a comment about it, the manager quickly took them and remade the burgers even after I just asked to put them under the heat lamp for a little bit just to rewarm them up. Was very surprising. Pleased that she would do that. Well done ✅

Stop there on a ski trip between Red Mountain and Fernie. Waitress cashier was super efficient, fast and got our spécial order right the first time. Food was very good much better than the A&W in Golden. Restaurant was super clean.

This A&W is a bit dated with their furnishing compared to other A&Ws I've been in. Same great food, consistent between restaurants. However, today with my visit, I decided to dine in but realised that it was a mistake because there's a significant amount of flies that affected my dining experience and became a problematic annoyance. They would fly around me and my food, spent more time shoo-ing them away than eating in peace. So I'd advise highly for you to take out than battle this fly problem they currently have.
