“Hello Buffalo trails folks. Today I joined friends at your coffee house , before one friend arrived I paid for his coffee .He arrived shortly and chose to exchange the paid for coffee for hot chocolate. When I spoke to the server about the matter and the exchamge, nada was done in terms of reimbursement .... hey ! no big deal , what's a few pennies to get ruffeled about ..... BUT ! when I talked with you folks , I was laughed at in my face . So the long and short of it all .... I withdraw my offer to play music which I would have done pro bono .... and just say good bye . |Simple communication on the part of all without making fun of another would do fine . Not nice to treat anyone in this manner , regardless of anyones intention . Thank you for the attempt at reimbursement , laughinmg at me as if I'm an idiot was a bit awful get a grip I'm an artist and and have a degree of sensitivitey , it was embarrassing .....good-bye”

“Our absolute favourite place to go out to eat. MASSIVE portion sizes will leave you with lunch for the next 3 days. Amazing poutines (i always go for the fish). Richard is always awesome and treats us like family when we come in. Highly recommend!”

“Over the years we've bought so many birthday cakes here, never once have we been disappointed. The kids love going here. Was disappointed when the franchise itself took way the peanut safe promise, but staff is really great at knowing the importance. Staff is always friendly, helpful and outgoing. The store itself is almost always clean as can be, busier times you'll see a table waiting for a wipe down but nothing is dirty ever. They're really fast whether you're in drive-thru or you go inside. the parking lot has improved greatly, but the drive-thru can get really congested and downright dangerous around lunch and dinner when vehicles park on the highway waiting in line, through no fault of the store itself.”

“Today my family a table of 9 went for lunch. We were 6 adults and 3 children. The oldest child recently was diagnosed with celiac disease meaning he can no longer eat the way he used to and as it is new to all of us we had a lot of questions and I have to say the Staff was amazing patient and understanding answering every question with a smile and compassion and made every effort to help my grandson feel comfortable and welcome. They went above and beyond and when dessert time came and the two smaller kiddos ordered something that the older one couldn’t eat as it was they took it upon themselves to adjust the dessert to something he couldn’t eat eat happily that fit right in with what the others had. The meals were great but oh my the staff was incredible. Creston is so lucky to have a place that cares so much for its clientele. Thank you for making my Grandsons first journey out in the dining world under his new lifestyle so normal and comfortable I know he did not feel awkward or different from anyone else and that is amazing.”

I had a Buddha bowl, my daughter a single smash burger and fries. delicious! the burger was devoured by my picky eater in minutes, my medium sized Buddha bowl was very filling, I had to take the rest home. I wouldn't have expected the quality, portion size based off the price, so worth the stop if you're hungry! plus great gift shop! new face restaurant in Creston for sure!! good job staff!! 💜”

“Vern the owner was so helpful and friendly! Great customer service! We ordered 4 pizzas for our family at our cabin and they all were a hit. They were ready for pick-up in 20 minutes. I highly recommend if you are looking for fast and tasty pizza in Creston! Thanks again!”

“It was my first time here, and I ordered onion rings and Hawaiian Pizza. The onion rings were good and fresh, but the pizza was average. They do offer unique sides such as fries, onion rings, and chicken nuggets as well as a gluten-free option. The staff was friendly but seemed a little overworked but got my order in 25 min.”

“Stopped in after driving for over 10 hours. Staff were very friendly and the food was prepared quickly and was fresh. Certainly one of the better A&Ws I have been to. Definitely made the right call stopping here when I passed through town.
Ordered Teen burger with poutine and Chicken BLT with Onion rings, everything was perfect.”

“Our waitress Jennifer was an absolute gem. Prompt, efficient and friendly service was provided. She has a smile that lights up the whole room. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs Benny needs a recipe makeover badly. It was bland and tasteless.”
