Hello Buffalo trails folks. Today I joined friends at your coffee house , before one friend arrived I paid for his coffee .He arrived shortly and chose to exchange the paid for coffee for hot chocolate. When I spoke to the server about the matter and the exchamge, nada was done in terms of reimbursement .... hey ! no big deal , what's a few pennies to get ruffeled about ..... BUT ! when I talked with you folks , I was laughed at in my face . So the long and short of it all .......read full review
