If you’ve never heard of term “Soul Food”, this place will show you exactly what that means, letter by letter. The pasta is the best I’ve ever had, especially the Chicken Parmesan mixed with their pesto sauce. Hands down my favourite restaurant in the Kootenays, and I will always go out of my way to order here whenever I pass through Creston! Also high five for being super dog friendly as well!

Saw the good reviews and thought we would check out the hype and have lunch. Upon entering we immediately received a very friendly greeting. We asked if everything on the menu was available that day and received a ‘yes’ response. When I enquired about the soup of the day, no soup available but may start making some with the colder weather 🤔 We perused the menu and placed our orders. The Bigfoot portions are massive and could easily feed 3-4 people. Then we were surprised that we were to retrieve our own water, napkins, condiments as well as return are dishes to a front area after eating (posted on signs). The flavours of the pasta sauces were good, however the pasta itself was what I can only describe as overcooked and mushy. Normally one can twirl pasta with a spoon and fork. Instead it broke off into small globs. Not sure if this was just a bad day for them, but we hesitate to say we would return.

We were so blown away by this little cafe in Creston. The GF pasta is incredible and serving size generous. There is a lot of love in this place and it comes out in the food, homemade baking and original pottery. Can’t wait to go back next time. So delicious!
Great little cafe right off the highway! If you’re eating in Creston, look no further. Delicious pasta and a beautiful patio. The family that runs the cafe is absolutely delightful and even spoiled our dogs. We will be back next time we’re passing through!

Excellent, homemade, fresh pasta, sauces with a sourdough bun. Full size and half size orders are huge. Senior portion is just right. They are patio pet friendly. They even gave our dog a bowl of water and about a 2" meatball. Everything was delicious. Friendly people, good service. Definitely coming back.
