I saw the gelato sign and couldn't resist. While I was there I got a mini lemon meringue pie to go and the lady ringing me up at the till said "my mother made them this morning" (when we ate it later, it was the best lemon meringue I've had in a long time!!). So I asked "who made the gelato?" and she said "my daughter." How lovely! Even lovelier, it turns out that I left my wallet behind and Wanda was very kind to contact the CAA and to send me an e-mail and text to make sure that I got it back. Very kind.
