Okay I love dairy queen I always get the milkshakes however I did have a rough time a few days ago when I got my drinks on a drink tray they spilled all over me not once..but four times the drink trays aren't deep enough to support the cups which really sucks also had to go in stores with milkshake all over my pants which was definitely embarrassing.. I understand saving the earth and not using plastic and things like that but can we get deeper drink trays cuz these ones really suck and don't support peoples drinks!

Disappointed that I can't switch the sauce that my strips would be tossed in to a different sauce. You have the sauces and have to add them after deep frying the chicken anyways so to be told that "we just don't do that anymore, it has to come tossed in that sauce" is pretty low quality service. Especially as that sauce is a flavour I really don't like.

Tries two different straws for my shake. Style of the paper straw is like a paper spiral glued together and that isn’t glued well, so there are holes in the straw which means you can’t get anything up the straw. I tried two straws and couldnt get either to work. A shame since I’m driving and won’t actually be able to drink my drink. Waste of money. Don’t get drinks from Dairy Queen until they improve their straws.

This the best fast food place in town and the best DQ I have been to. The interior is always up to date and well kept and the service here is always quick and with a smile, the food and ice cream has always been delicious and fresh
As far as fast food establishments are concerned, this is top notch. I grew up in this town and wouldn't trade that for anything in the world, so call me biased if you like but it doesn't alter the fact that the staff were made up of lovely young people and the burger itself was damned good. The former's a sentiment that rings true throughout this town for the most part: This town is a gem <3

Probably the best chain burger Ive ever had. It was FAST FAST from Drive through to window and unlike every other burger it looked identical to the photo on the menu. service was friendly and "happy" they even did the blizzard flip lol I will return for sure
