Normally I do recommend Dairy Queen, especially for their cakes, however, tonight I was really disappointed. I placed a mobile order for a Reese's Peanut Butter blizzard cake, and when we arrived to pick it up we were told there was only Tropical or Smarties available. I specifically ordered online because I thought it would be made to order. Otherwise I would've just gone in to pick one out of the freezer myself. It was meant to be a birthday cake, and I was already unable to order the requested flavour (choco cherry chip) because there is no custom order option online, and then to have the secondary choice be denied because apparently online orders aren't made to order and it's just first come first serve? Not cool. Guess we won't bother ordering online anymore.

Can't fault it for a fast food restaurant. We wanted a quick lunch while passing through Creston, and so stopped here. Freshly cooked juicy burger, fries straight from the fryer and really good soft serve ice cream. So often franchise junk food is disappointing but this was really good! There is never going to be a great ambience in a place with plastic tables and chairs but for a quick bite on the run this was excellent!

Staff is efficient, they keep the place clean and they all care about the customers experience. You can tell their owners and managers do a great job because anyone you get will be friendly and quick. Always a safe bet for dinner or a quick treat.

Meh it's dairy Queen 👑 all fast food is getting expensive. Taste ok Price is high Cherry 🍒 milkshake is the 💣. Prompt service for sure the fastest in town. Or maybe A&Dub. 🤔

Okay I love dairy queen I always get the milkshakes however I did have a rough time a few days ago when I got my drinks on a drink tray they spilled all over me not once..but four times the drink trays aren't deep enough to support the cups which really sucks also had to go in stores with milkshake all over my pants which was definitely embarrassing.. I understand saving the earth and not using plastic and things like that but can we get deeper drink trays cuz these ones really suck and don't support peoples drinks!
