Customer service was horrible. Could hear them yelling at each other in the back about the problems they were having, plis freaking out about how many orders they were behind on. Even venting problems to customers. Waited way to long for cold food. But on the plus they had clean bathrooms 🚻 😏

Menu changes so fast it forces you to use the kiosk, i got 2 medium drinks that are different size, i had to reassemble my burgers. The high light off my visit was the friendly staff member that gave me my food with a kind smile

Completely messed up the order. No egg in my Egg McMuffin, forgot the extra egg, and the Cranberry Orange Muffin mysteriously turned into a Bran Blueberry. The server was very nice and apologetic, but he never checked the order before giving it to us.

we had my son Birthday party , was amazing Big Thanks to the manager and the supervisor was awesome , my son and his friends enjoyed so much and the team at Mac were so good

Best McDonald's I've been to hands down. Beats the Cranbrook McDonald's by 1000miles. I would actually prefer to drive all the way to Creston just because it is actually THAT much better. Fresh food, good service, they get your order correct and unbelievably fast for early morning service. Highly recommend.
Who cleans the ice cream machine at 6:00 PM they have a overnight cleanup crew who cleans all night they have to be loosing money if I was the owner I would not be happy.

5 stars for the manager, Jennifer, who is a ray of sunshine.
My bf and I were on a road trip out West and frequented many McDonalds from Ontario to BC for coffee. I was really taken by Jennifer’s sweetness to all the customers, most of whom she knew on a first name basis. The coffee was good - strong and had the right ratio of cream and sugar for a double-double (surprisingly hit or miss from our experience across different McDs locations).

I never do reviews, but this morning's visit warranted it. We tried to be convenient and used the kiosk to order, our order was not made. When I went up to the counter to inquire, we were given stale mcmuffins and a cold coffee, which I did send back for a hot coffee. Super unfortunate, and we will not be returning.
