We were driving through town and Ricks was recommended by a very nice local lady so we stopped in for lunch. I ended up doing breakfast the wife had a club salad. Real ham real turkey not all processed ingredients. It was amazing to get a big hearty meal for a super reasonable price. Kind of like finding a unicorn in this crazy world of fast food and high prices. Highly recommend this old school diner for the food the service and the price. Definately 5 star

I’m so glad we stopped here for lunch. The owner has celiac disease so they are very knowledgable and trustworthy for a gluten free meal and they have tons of options. The service was great, the food came out quickly, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Great spot on the Trans Canada highway in Golden. Brisket sandwich was delicious. Very busy place, so reservations are a good idea.

Has and & me came here here for breakfast on our ride out of town & wow! Will be stopping here again when we are back. This is good old school breakfast minus the grease. My poached eggs were perfect & made like my grandpa used to make for me when I was a kid.My husband got hash browns, egged, sausage with toast. The everything was cooked to perfection & unlike a lot of other breakfast places the hash browns were not drowning in grease! Actually there was little to no grease left on the plate, it was awesome.* the team was welcoming as well, great service & friendly.Thank you for a great experience

Great breakfast, great service, happy I chose to eat there. Had breakfast here again the other morning, still excellent. It will be a sad day when there are no proper places like this left and we are stuck with just McDs, support proper breakfasts eat at Rick's
