August 22-24, 2025 10 HOG chapters descended into Creston to ride the loop as a group. Ricky’s restaurant and specifically Erin, manager, was extremely helpful through the whole pre-planning and execution of the event. Ricky’s provided meals throughout the weekend for all the riders. Pack lunches for the day of ride. An amazing buffet dinner Saturday night. After a years worth of planning, Erin and Ricky’s made it easy to relax and enjoy the weekend.
Would definitely recommend this restaurant with their friendly staff, good food and service. Thank you Ricky’s and Erin for a great weekend.

The waitresses were great but by far that was the worst cooking I've ever had for a breakfast and portions were horribly done. They admitted it out right? The cook shows no love and copped out because he said it was busy. That's his job. There's no excuse

Hmm, where to begin. First, our waitress did not want to seat us where we wanted to be seated. The cream for my coffee was sour and curdled my coffee. We had to wave the cup at a passing waitress to get another coffee and then the same thing with a refill. Our food took a very long time to arrive and when it did my boyfriend's plate was missing the salsa and sour cream that is supposed to come with it. My waffle was so cold the butter wouldn't even melt on it and my eggs were lukewarm. I did not eat them. When the waitress asked how everything was I told her my food was cold and her response was well, it's fresh. Sure, fresh but not hot. We won't be back.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Waited 20 minutes without even being asked what to drink. After ordering waited another 20 minutes without receiving a coffee. Ended up just leaving before any food or beverage was brought out

We came for a dinner. Were seated promptly and our drinks came and we ordered and that was the end. We waited over an hour and still no sign of food. People who came in the same time as we did were long gone and we were still waiting for our food. I approached the waitress to see what was happening and she said the kitchen was backed up. Food was going to take out, to the bar and to people who had come as the same time as us. Our order was not complicated. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and my husband ordered shrimp and chicken platter. After approaching the waitress the first time, I heard them “put our order down” we waited another 15 minutes and still with no food in sight, we told the waitress we were leaving. I paid for the drinks and we left. Almost everything else was closed so very few choices for dinner after that. My husband is a diabetic and I am gluten intolerant so have to be somewhat careful where we eat, but waiting over an hour for a simple meal is unacceptable!

Very busy as it was the only place in town that was open. We had to wait a bit to be seated, but once Jessa was looking after us everything was Excellent! 😉

Had breakfast there as well were staying in Ramada next door and they provide vouchers for a breakfast here. Super friendly and courteous staff, tasty food, will accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences.

It was a great stop for lunch. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the bacon on my burger was undercooked. I just picked it off and ate the delicious burger.

I stayed at the Ramada for a 5 nights and got complimentary breakfast vouchets for Ricky's. The service depends so much on the server you get. Some mornings you could be in and out in 15 minutes, other mornings you were waiting 15 minutes for them to seat you, 15 minutes for your coffee and then on my last day I waited 20 minutes after my coffee and they never came back to take my order.... It doesn't seem to change depending on how full the restaurant is.

Ordered the “famous original burger”. Not sure why they call it famous, it was very clearly a boxed frozen patty. And far overpriced for the quality of food. Could have gotten a better meal down the road at DQ.
Service was good though.

After a long day of traveling, it was wonderful to sit and eat a good meal. It was even safe for me as someone with Celiac disease to eat here. Thank you so much Kristy for taking care of us and helping with the menu items for me.

Ordered fish and chips. The fish portion was tiny but wrapped inside a huge amount of batter that was over done and hard. Never had fish and chips this bad

My Husband and I went to your restaurant on July 6th for our 29th wedding anniversary dinner. We sat in the lounge and waited about 15 min, along with another couple at a separate table for a waitress to come. The other couple finally went to the other side to find a waitress and noticed only TWO tables were filled. Our waitress finally appeared with menus and left again. Came back to take drink orders. Finally came back with drinks and took our orders. Half an hour later our food came and by then the other couple had walked out. Our food was terrible, we couldn't even finish. Had to ask another waitress for our bill. We were there for an hour and a half...and an hour of that was spent waiting for service or food. This was the third or fourth time we have had bad food and/or service in the last few months. We will not be back.
