Went to Rickys for breakfast this morning..took 15 minutes for a coffee and then 45 minutes more for meal . It was not busy ...6... people in whole restaurant and 2 waitresses. More people came in 1/2 hour after me and my daughter did . ...they got their meals before us. I actually had to say something about waiting 45 minutesfor our meals, before it took another 10 minutes to get . To top it off stood for 20 minutes to pay . Absolutely unexceptable .Won't be eating there again .Food was good though and hot.

Every time I have gone to this Ricky’s they manage to mess up the order. For this particular order, you could imagine the disappointment when we ordered what was pictured in the menu on the left for take-out, and got home and opened the embarrassment on the right. When I contacted them about the lack of berries, whipped cream/presentation, they did nothing and told me the manager would call me, they never did. This was also a breakfast for my partners birthday that I had picked up so I was very disappointed with the mixed up order and terrible customer service. The time before this, I had ordered a dish for breakfast that contained avocados, I wanted the dish SOLELY because it came with avocado, and they presented the wrong order and it had no avocado. I didn’t care at the time but after THIS, this was the last straw. I refuse to ever eat here again and I make sure to tell everyone about it!I see that the “owner” has replied to my review. I would appreciate if they were looking to rectify the situation, but they are completely lying in their reply as there were no extra berries/cream packaged separately and they NEVER offered a free dessert. Maybe they have this interaction confused with another one because I’m positive this happens often! Nice response trying to cover your own but your team got the order wrong and didn’t even offer to make a new one in it’s place. All I received was plain French toast with no toppings. Their reply is a lie.

Well, it has been five years since our last tragic visit. The booth upholstery and carpet are now old and filthy. The seniors breakfast was laughable in size. The two pieces of toast were somehow exact miniature in dimension and thickness. Server forgot request for a second egg and it came cold. The 'see-through' bacon and a couple bites of hash browns. The whole plate was very greasy unlike just the bacon in a 'normal' breakfast. We left and went up the street where we found a great breakfast.

Had fish burger on monday the fish was greasy, gravy $2 from a package salty, fries were limp and cold. Waitress never checked on us never cleared our plates! Will never go back!

The food is always excellent but the service is slow. Today we almost had good service for the first time, thanks to a wonderful server, and then our server was switched at the end of our meal and we then waited 30 minutes just for someone to notice our food was done and bring us our bill. This took a combination of 3 people to accomplish this task.

We went for a family lunch on Sept 8 2023 , Our waitress took our order dumped our food off, never checked on us, never asked how our food was, never cleared the dirty dishess. I had fish sandwich lunch special fish was greasy and inedible, fries were barely warm and limp, $2 extra for salty gravy from package. Half club house $16.50 choose side ceasar salad with a unexpected up charge $2.00 almost $20 for a half sandwhich. Food is poor quality.
