There was a mix up at the till which was unfortunate but the way one of the employees spoke to my mom about the mix up was not ok. We were waiting on some food and someone told her it was coming right up, so she was waiting for it. An employee then started shouting at my mom that they dont give away free food and Took my mom to speak to the employee who rang in the order (she was kind) and they told my mom that I canceled the order (I did not, I never even spoke to them). Would have been fine had the woman in the kitchen had not acted like we intentionally ruined her day by having a misunderstanding. I work in a similar establishment and I would be sent home for speaking to a customer that way. Not cool.

Horrible times, been there 4 times this summer and waiting and watching staff after orders was terrible. Love Tim's but this location needs a definite corporate review. 4 orders 4 different days were so slow if you were on a schedule you would have to leave. Looked totally disorganized and poorly led by management.

Very disappointing service, the tim Hortons is going way down.... Waiting for 10 min to order when the employees are doing everything but helping customers.

July 5, waited toooooo long for acknowledgement and service.
The Staff completely ignored our presence in the non existent line. We finally were able to place our order, 2 coffee's and a dozen donuts to go. She questioned the names of the donuts. Old fashioned???
Cruellers??? Donuts with sprinkles on top???
Once at our destination, we opened the box, OMG, 4 of the donuts were correct.
July 26, passing through Creston again. Give Tim's another chance. WOW. Yet again, we must be invisible, no one working acknowledged our presence, nor anyone else in line. The order took close to 10 minutes to be prepared and it was not correct.
Never again will we stop at this location. Dreadful, virtually none existent service.
No, I will not send this to your corporate website, as you request in other reviews.
That's your job.
You, as a Manager, show up at your store. See for yourself.

Easily the worst tims location I’ve been to. We waited 20mins in the drive through. Placed an order which they messed up. No sugar in my ice coffee, gave me a wrap instead of farmers breakfast sandwich. When I asked them to correct it they messed up it up again and gave me an ordinary homestyle breakfast sandwich.

Had breakfast with my husband yesterday and was totally dismayed when asking for more ice for our ice coffees,( not much initially added and it is so warm outside that they disappear) the look on their faces was unbelievable when I didn’t want to pay 20 cents for extra ice, if I had come in from outside requesting the ice I could understand but we had just purchased our breakfast meals . Customer service right out the window……..
Very friendly helpful staff. Our breakfast came out lovely and hot

Creston Tim hortons isn’t what it used to be. Don’t normally write reviews but the last 4 times I’ve been in have had horrible service to not just me but other customers. It seems like half the staff doesn’t work, staff is rude and half the time get the order wrong.
3 times I have tried to order chilli but have been told they are out of chilli. The employee told me they have been out of chilli since 5:00pm.
I told him this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I have come for chilli but I am told they are out of it.
Very disappointing, I won’t be back.
Stopped in for a quick coffee and soup as we were passing through Creston.
Was met with great service and expected Timmy products .Was treated to a special drive-through event .
Being from Nelson originally but living in West Vancouver now, it was relaxing and calming to enjoy Creston's Tim Hortons. Enjoy your Creston Tim Hortons.
Three people were in line, and we were the second. There were 5 staff behind the counter, but only one gal fulfilled orders. There was another sweeping the floor extremely slowly, never looking up. Another was walking around with a clipboard. The one taking our order input our choices incorrectly. This painful experience took twenty minutes! It will be a very long time before we go there again.
First time to Tim Hortons (I’m an American) & the drive thru had about 15 cars, so we went inside. Not busy inside. Service was quick. Bagel and cream cheese was great. Hot Mocha unfortunately I would give a 1/5 stars. It wasn’t good. But I’d give TH another try next time
