Our waiter, who seemed like the owner, was very pleasant and smiled often during our dinner. We ordered the hot and sour soup, the Kung Pao Chicken, and Ginger Beef for the two of us. We were going to order a fourth dish but he implored us not to: “Too much food!” We really appreciated that because he was right. To begin, he brought us out complimentary spring rolls… so nice. The food was excellent and served quickly. It was the best Hot and Sour Soup I’ve ever had....
