Great place to pick up your Amazon packages

Very poor service and they will always tell you the package isn’t there if it is not literally on top of the mess of a pile they have. Now all the packages are out front in the open for everyone to see names and addresses. Always the same thing. If there was a school for lazy, that would be the place.

Not sure what their deal is, but every time I've had a package get delivered there for pick up by a courier, they FIGHT with me every time and make excuses why they cannot give me my package. I've called the couriers and they have told me it's there, ready for pick up. Yet here we are and Bills News won't release it, and they never give a real reason. Low quality service and employees.

Pretty tired of this place, as we live out of town limits. All of our packages from Amazon that go through Dragonfly and intelcom end up here. You have to keep an eye on your email notifications to know when your package arrives. My biggest issue is we are going in to 2-3 days after the notification and being told the package isn’t there. They will barely look for it in their disorganized mess of packages. We will come back a day or two later and ask again, to be told the exact same thing and that it’s most likely been sent back. The sending back rule after 5 days is complete BS! Considering the amount of time people waste coming here and are turned around due to laziness and poor organization. During Christmas I and multiple other had to find there own packages as they didn’t have a clue. I really hope something changed

Pathetic & unfortunate that intelcom uses this business. Never do i get a call or notice of arrived packages. When I do track them to this location, I'm met with ignorance & package is usually already back the original vendor. Just happened again....

Rude. Will never again ship to there. Parcels show arrived yet the say there not there. Really unprofessional

Absolutely REEKS of cigarrettes on there and they very clearly smoke inside the building. Absolutely filthy, do not go here. This establishment is an utter embarrassment.

They don’t like looking for packages if they don’t know you. Also had a hard time spelling basic words there. Couldn’t understand what medium size box is so looking through envelopes and told me they couldn’t find my package and explained absolutely nothing and completely ignored me. Rude staff members.

This place is completely trashed they have lost 5 of my packages now their computers are always “down” because the employees don’t know what they’re doing all the packages are thrown around in piles the employees are rude just a horrible dump hopefully they will be bankrupt and closed down soon

Closed from Wednesday to Monday is unacceptable for a Purolator pick up location.
