The place is a joke, Had to wait until the employee stopped gossiping about the person ahead of me that just left.

Rude. Will never again ship to there. Parcels show arrived yet the say there not there. Really unprofessional

Absolutely REEKS of cigarrettes on there and they very clearly smoke inside the building. Absolutely filthy, do not go here. This establishment is an utter embarrassment.

They don’t like looking for packages if they don’t know you. Also had a hard time spelling basic words there. Couldn’t understand what medium size box is so looking through envelopes and told me they couldn’t find my package and explained absolutely nothing and completely ignored me. Rude staff members.

This place is completely trashed they have lost 5 of my packages now their computers are always “down” because the employees don’t know what they’re doing all the packages are thrown around in piles the employees are rude just a horrible dump hopefully they will be bankrupt and closed down soon

Closed from Wednesday to Monday is unacceptable for a Purolator pick up location.

The store is fine. The Purolator pickup is the issue. Says open until 6. Get there at 5:15 and the closed sign is up on the desk. Lady working the till has helped me at the purolator desk before but refused to this evening. I guess people who work can't recieve packages.

Poor service and they do not understand what’s classified as dangerous goods. would not ship a new inbox I pad Because it has a battery even though when I called FedEx they informed that this battery does not fall under the dangerous good act for Transport Canada . Called the store back to advise that FedEx said it could ship and she refused and was adamant it was dangerous goods. I asked how I was able to carry one on a plane and how when I purchased it was delivered overnight from Toronto to BC , to which she replied “I don’t know” and then proceeded to tell me again FedEx and Canada Post will not ship them . I advised In had just spoken with them and it can be shipped , her reply “We don’t work for FedEx”! I said so it’s your company policy not to ship them and her reply “I don’t know”. So I advised her it’s not correct and you can’t pick and choose what you want to classify as a dangerous good so you may want to take the course or at least learn what batteries fall under what category. As a broker for major shipping companies they should know these facts!Terrible service and no knowledge of what can and cannot be shipped .I will be filling a complaint with FedEx directly as well … that’s my rant :)

Very little of unique items. Old store, clean enough. Presenter made it sound like a big name gotta stop. Staff was very nice. Sat 430 pm.

The employee at the Purolator desk is very unhelpful. Today I went to puck up a parcel and the box was oversized for me to take on my motorcycle. However the item inside that box easily fits in a compartment on my bike, so I asked if I could leave the big card board box with her and her reply was, "no, we have to pay for card board removal". Not very helpfull at for someone riding a motorcycle to save on gas etc etc. So, I dangerously crushed up the box enough to sit on it for the trip home. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP PUROLATER AGENT.
