Last week after a day at the beach in Tsawwassen, we decided to try Alfa Greco Roman Cuisine based on some decent reviews online. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
The food was extremely disappointing: the hummus tasted store-bought, the chicken parmesan came with what looked like noodles covered in an unappetizing sauce, and the Greek meatballs were clearly a frozen product with poor flavor and texture. My husband’s Caesar salad was drowning in mayo with croutons that seemed straight out of a box, and my brother’s pizza was just mediocre — edible, but nothing he’d ever order again.
To make matters worse, when we shared our feedback with the staff, there was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and certainly no adjustment on the bill. For the prices charged, the quality and service were unacceptable.
I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to let others know to be cautious before dining here

I recently visited Alpha Greco Restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire place was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. I really appreciated how attentive they were — they even changed the tablecloths promptly if they got messy, which shows how much they care about cleanliness and customer comfort. All in all, I highly recommend visiting Alpha Greco. It’s a great spot to enjoy a meal with family and friends!

Had the lamb shoulder dinner. It was quite tasty and the service was really good. The environment felt comfortable and authentic and as a result my wife and I really enjoyed our meal here. My only comment would be that I felt the size of the lamb was a tiny bit on the smaller size but the price was accurately reflected of this imo. Overall I would recommend this place for a casual meal or even a nice little date night.

We came by around noon and were the only ones there. That probably should've been a sign, as well as all the glowing reviews seem to be for dinner. Anyways we ordered a pizza, some pastas, calamari, and souvlaki. Only the calamari was really good, the rest were either passable or downright poor. The pizza had a thick crust and not many toppings, and pastas were bland and felt reheated. Service was great.

I have been here 2 times before I always get the same thing calamari dinner, today is my anniversary and thought I'd take my wife here after seeing the garlic prawns on the menu that's right up her alley and once again did not disappoint this is my first time writing a review so bear with me. 830 pm Friday night nice and quiet just how I like it easy to talk and hear each other ambiance for me perfect. The food omg amazing. the calamari perfectly cooked light and crunchy and plentiful I think it's the gold standard every other place will be compared to. and for the wife garlic prawns absolutely perfect we then went with the ek mek for dessert and what a perfect way to top off the dinner it was light and not overly sweet it was perfect highly recommend then we decided to take home key lime cheesecake and cookies and cream slice lol I might venture out and try something else next time. staff was friendly and service was great I hope somebody reads this lol

We went out for greek food last night at Alfa Greco and unfortunately it was not as good as usual. We had a nice table outside on the patio and it was a great table as it was secluded and away from the other tables. I think that the restaurant has all new staff. We noticed it the last time we had dinner here that most of the wait staff we were used to were not there. We ordered a bottle of wine and was opened, a small amount poured into our glasses and then the waiter walked away. He didn't even wait for us to taste the wine. We shared an order of calamari and it was very good. For entrees my husband had barbecue spareribs with spaghetti and it was also very good. I ordered the moussaka and it was probably the worse moussaka that I've had. There was next to no bechamel sauce on the top and what was there was dry and inedible. The meat itself was also not good. I sent it back and did not order another entree. They offered me a dessert on the house to compensate for the moussaka. We shared a key lime cheesecake and it was very good. When the bill was presented we had been charged for the moussaka. If I had known that by accepting the dessert I would still be charged for the moussaka I would have declined the offer. At no time did the manager come out to talk to us. We will probably give Alfa Greco another try because it has been one of our favorite restaurants but last night was very disappointing.

Alpha was always a favourite. Tonight was my first time back in quite a few years. Food was delicious. Service was friendly but only one person on so not attentive. Negative is that the place was dirty. A good clean and maybe a freshen up of paint would make a huge difference. I am hopeful.
