“Ordered take-out for 4 and it was another lovely meal (chef's kiss). The prawn biryani had a generous amount of large prawns and came with a refreshing (and equally generous) serving of raita. The alu gobi was lovely. The paneer in the mutter paneer was tender (nothing worse than rubbery paneer, trust me!). Both vegetable dishes came with naan. Although we ordered everything on the mild side, the heat was still a little intense for a couple of us. I have nothing but good things to say about this little neighbourhood gem. I hope they keep up the good work of serving good food.”

Tried the flight of samplings letting our server pick based on my profile - all were very good with the Honey Amber Ale being top notch. Shared a chicken sandwich (which was delicious by the way) but on the smaller portion size. Overall an unique experience but not enough to drive out our way to come back. Did notice a lot or bike riders stopping by so that may be the real niche.
Service seems to be typical these days - hurry up and wait, there definitely was a spurt of people waiting on this warm and sunny Sunday afternoon. Our bill was $37 plus tip for one flight of beer, one soda and one chicken sandwich.”

My husband had the double meat chicken teriyaki and some of mine cause it looked so tasty, and it truly was scrumptious ! We started with the Crae crae roll (shared). In my Nigiri lunch, I upgraded the salmon to sockeye, one dollar more, but worth it! The miso soup was perfect for us as we watch our sodium and they only use low sodium soya sauce! The combination of food, service & cost is why they get 5 stars! Any staff we saw were very friendly & said hello & goodbye. Customer service is top notch! Aside note, their green tea is one of the best we've enjoyed, too!”

“This pool hall is a hidden gem. It’s small and cozy with really unique decor, you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. With only four pool tables, it never feels overwhelming and has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. They’re open late, which is a huge plus, and it’s a great spot to rent out for a private function, party, or birthday.

While waiting for a table, they have a nice selection of board games to keep you entertained. The food is great, the service is excellent, and the staff make you feel right at home. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a chill, well-designed spot to shoot some pool.”

I’m usually not an unagi person, but I actually loved it here. Honestly, I’d make the trip from Victoria just for their sushi 😭 Everything tasted incredibly fresh and high quality, and you can really tell how much care goes into each dish. Highly recommend checking this place out!

“Definitely worth the price. It takes only a couple of minutes for them to be able to make your fresh pizza! Their cheese pizza here is great. The crust is consistent, and their cheese is the cherry on top.

The dough they use is damn nice! It is also priced reasonably well, as we spent only 6 dollars per person here (getting the biggest size)

Staff here were confident in their work, and reasonably so. Would definitely come back here if I'm visiting the area.”

Got home and my churros were missing (slightly heartbroken). We love Britannia, mistakes happen, we didn’t mention it. Next day, my phone rings and it’s the Manager. He caught the glitch himself, called me up, apologized and we just received a gift card in the mail. Small town customer service at its finest! Crab and red pepper spaghettini- on point! They all had finger-licking, amazing taste also when i got the bill, one dish was discounted because i ordered the food during happy hours. Customers service is absolutely exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. Whoever the manager is they really should think of hiring two people per shift. Because you did lose a couple of customers today they walked out after waiting too long. I was there around 11 AM.”

The food is ALWAYS hot (or cold as the case may be) fresh and served with a smile no matter how busy the night. I truly appreciate the freshness of the fish (and NO FARMED SALMON) and variety. This is a true Mom and Pop shop and I highly recommend!”

Overall it's a small shop, looks mom and pop run, a single booth to sit at, polite friendly etc.

“Awesome find in Tsawwassen- definitely recommend checking out if you are a Greek food lover! A lot closer if you live south of the Fraser compared to other Greek places in Vancouver or beyond. Roast lamb dinners were delicious. Large portions of meat and sides. The potatoes were super lemon-y, which I love! We also ordered a dolmathes appetizer which was great.”

The Bhaji is just Ok.. Since they must've used the Pav Bhaji Masala .. If you Don't know how to serve Bombay Style Paav Bhaji.. Just see some YouTube Videos and Google Images on Plating style.. When I spoke with Manager or Owner (The Bearded gentleman in Regular Clothes and not in Restaurant Uniform)... He just diplomatically explained that they have changed the "PLATES" recently.. Really !! Kids can come with better excuse.. I'd Rather go to other places at least for Pav Bhaji.. Today I went for Sev Puri and yea that was decent .. but not Praiseworthy ..”

There was one time I spilled a very expensive tequila drink and they replaced it without even charging me for the second drink. It was totally my fault but they comped me another drink anyway. “Well, I just went to Tim Hortons. Their guest service is awesome. Drive through was way busy. A girl at the window and boy at front were amazing. They were managing whole stuff very well. I also forgot something to add into my order at the back and I then requested to do so at the window. They both did it politely and greeted me with respect.
