The only thing this place has going for it is how fast the drive through is. It is somehow worse than all the other Tim Hortons in the area. Depending on who you get at the window, sometimes certain staff will pretend that the app is down so they don't have to scan it for you even if it loads on your phone. Have visited this location many times and today's drive through experience was special.Upon arriving at the exit window, was greeted by an extremely pleasant staff, in Raman. She requested I wait as their timer had gone off and they needed to take a vehicle count.All the while I observed her work ethics, getting along with her coworkers and thanking me for the wait, was extraordinary!Thank you Raman for making my drive through experience, one of the best!

Jan 26 7:15 am Drive Thru - Order Taker rushed me to make my simple order (I wasn't slow at all and was ready to order) for 2 people and turned off her speaker before I could order the last item. Drove to window and politely asked the same person to add the item to my order and she stated out loud, "I don't know why everybody is doing this and then yelled out to add the item." Bad service at the order board and bad attitude in response to the customer at the pickup window.
