I always stop by this McDonald's when I'm driving my bus and need a coffee or a quick bite. Kali at the front counter was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Kali, and rest of the staff for making every visit a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work!

I had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The shift manager, Milan, was taking orders during a busy rush, but his attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. He seemed impatient, didn’t listen carefully, and made me feel rushed instead of valued as a customer. I understand that busy periods can be stressful, but good customer service and respectful communication should still be maintained.
