“I ordered a cup of water, and the girl who took my order was not rude at all. She politely told me that I had to stand in line and place my order there, and I completely understood.
However, I just wanted to share a small suggestion because am a regular customer here . Sometimes, a person may ask for water because they are dehydrated, feeling unwell, dizzy, or simply unable to stand in a long line. In such a situation, making them wait in line could potentially make things worse, and they could even collapse.
So, this is just a suggestion—not only for this place but for other restaurants and businesses as well: if someone specifically asks for a cup of water, please consider providing it right away instead of asking them to stand in line. It could really help someone who is not feeling well.“

“Great service, I felt so bad for rushing the workers because I had to board my ferry but they were very kind about it and made my drinks perfectly. The worker with purpleish dyed hair made my drinks so good and just in time for me to make my ferry. Great customer service, felt terrible for cutting it so close and rushing them but they were beyond kind!“
