“The service here has been wonderful, and the coffee in my oat latte tasted incredibly fresh and hot on each of my visits.Plus, the cozy atmosphere made it feel like a safe and inclusive space. While indoor seating was limited, they've expanded their outdoor undercover seating.They haven’t restocked the beyond meat breakfast sandwich since three fall, that was my favourite to order with my oat milk latte.“
“Came here for the first time in between business meetings and I walk in to a very clean cafe. Staff were super friendly. They hired on a staff member who has a disability which is incredible. I will come back here again just for the staff and the fact they support people who have disabilities.“
“I am truly amazed at people standing near the order line but not looking like they are in it. Busy texting on their phones expecting the world to know they are next in line to order. When asked if they are in line the person gave an inaudible answer about how to address them. I just smiled and gave my order. The young lady behind the till seemed unsure how to proceed. My explanation was a polite, "sorry I don't have time for people like that. It's a failure of mine I know". She smiled and took my order. The nauseated rude person still on her phone texting half in half out of the line with others behind unsure.“
“I had Colton help us at the drive thru.He was super nice, great attitude. By far the best costumer experience I have received at any Starbucks establishment.Just the encounter brightened our day.So grateful to have happy people working sometimes. It makes a world of difference.Good job Colton!“

“A convenient Starbucks located near the Coquitlam Center food court entrance. Always served by friendly staff and noticeably clean.Parking: Easy access as facing the parking lot. Plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and accessible entrance.“
“5 stars koz of hard working people there and really good coffee. More than two prople needed for sure as dealing with mixed drinks and pick up orders takes time. Not a staff fault if you have to esit lo ger. More chairs and tables needed outside. Patio should be cleaned / pressure washed and definitely more people to work and clean during shifts.“
“I like them as baristas and as people. This location attracts a lot of people who seem demanding and difficult to deal with in terms of their caffeine expectations. The staff handles them all well and it's a vibe. It's fun to go there and people watch.“
“Not a Starbucks guy but on this occasion while my wife had to duck into Safeway to buy cigarettes like the good husband I am I grabbed us a couple of coffees while I waited patiently.While I wasn't entirely sure what coffee order my wife wanted the young lady making the coffees was extremely helpful and was able to translate what the order was.A very pleasant experience and a little disappointing I wasn't able to leave the team today a nice tip!Thanks ladies! ☕ ?“
“Go there for the location, good service and atmosphere. The coffee is mediocre at best - with all the craft coffee around now, you don't go to Starbucks for quality anymore. You go because they monopolize the market.That location, with a true craft coffee shop and good food would be amazing. But we have Starbucks. So it is going to be the formula mass produced coffee shop, where you go because of location, the people behind the counter and the people you are meeting. And they give my dog a Puppacino“
