“Stopped by here while I was in the neighborhood and I was gladly surprised! The staff was super friendly and kind, they prepared by beverage very quickly, there were quite a few sitting spots and the place was very clean and organized. The plaza where it's located has many free parking spots, so that's a plus.

“This one of the best Starbucks. Their staff is always kind and considerate even though they are constantly busy. Recently I had a series of horrible experiences at another Starbucks by the hospital in New West while a family member was in the hospital, and the staff, specifically the shift supervisor Alexa had been rude and condescending and refused to do anything to fix it. When, I told the shift supervisor at this location, Elyssa, about it and how awful they had made me feel and how bad the service had repeatedly been she said this is not the experience we want our customers to have and did everything she could to make it right, even though it had not happened at her location. It was so nice that someone from a different location, where I had never had any issue would go above and beyond for a mistreated customer. I honestly could not believe how kind she was and how much she cared. She truly made me feel valued. I cannot thank her enough. Thank you again Elyssa for this and all the staff here for consistantly being wonderful“

“It's a Safeway Starbucks...I think I visit because of the spicy tongues, the devil-may-care attitude of the crew and the employees' willingness to confront and speak to management in a manner which would likely get many of us suspended or at least written up in similar places...well crafted beverages which hit the spot when shopping.
