Starbucks in Langley

“This Starbucks is large and has a drive through. Unfortunately, they have taken the bizarre step of removing all the tables and chairs from the lobby and the patio. A Starbucks without anywhere to sit and enjoy your coffee is a disappointment to me. They have also removed the customer restroom. The staff are good. The coffee is as you’d expect.“

“Depends on who is working as far as how your service will be. Extra hot for some is luke warm. Last latte I had tasted like chemicals and burned my mouth and it wasn’t because it was actually hot. When I returned the drink the barista wasn’t concerned at all and didn’t seem to care. We generally stop here for coffee daily but haven’t been back since.“

“I've been coming to this Starbucks every day for just over a year, and I am blown away by how kind and fantastic the staff is! I would also love to specifically highlight Ahren's service. He has a fantastic memory for orders, a great sense of humour, and never fails to put a smile on my face.“

We made an error with the order, but the female barista patiently listened and crafted the drink based on my mother's description. I want to take this opportunity to send her a BIG THANK YOU. “I wanted to write a review today to highlight the service we got from a fabulous employee at this location, Joe. Exceptional service, I was looking for a decaffeinated beverage and Joe recommended the perfect tea latte style drink. I would go back just because of Joe. The tea was fantastic, the service was excellent, I am not a fan of the environment simply because it can get very loud when it gets busy. Thank you for a lovely experience!“

“Today was my birthday and I came to this Starbucks to get my birthday reward. I ordered a drink from the Starbucks secret menu, and I only had a video of it. Tisha watched the video several times just to make sure she could prepare it correctly for me. She was incredibly kind and patient, and she made the most delicious drink for me. It truly made my day and made me so happy. Thank you, Tisha, for such a wonderful experience!“

“We come here all the time, staffs are always phenomenal here. The drinks here are always consistent, once in a long while there will be bad days but human errors do happen but they make it up and make us a new drink. We like the atmosphere here, always good for chatters and the place is always tidy.“

“This location services the large highschool, elementary, and middle school a few blocks away, so I suggest avoiding around 7.30am and 3.30pm on weekdays. Other than that, it's usually not too hectic and can be a good place to study or visit with loved ones. The baristas at this location are almost always cheerful and fun (everyone has their off days) and I've noticed much more consistency with my drinks as of late, which isn't always commonplace with Starbucks. There's high top seating and a large table with chairs inside and lots of outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade in the warmer months. They also have a decent selection of their merchandise, but not as much as the Willowbrook Mall location. One last thing of note is that it is a squishy parking lot, especially during the peak hours mentioned earlier, but there is more spaces closer to the bank and corner store.“

“I had a rough start to my visit. Annie was rude and seemed uninterested in helping. I was ready to walk out, but Emma stepped in and completely turned things around. She was kind, patient, and made sure I felt valued. Thanks to Emma’s amazing service, I left with a smile instead of frustration. Starbucks needs more team members like her!“
