“Depends on who is working as far as how your service will be. Extra hot for some is luke warm. Last latte I had tasted like chemicals and burned my mouth and it wasn’t because it was actually hot. When I returned the drink the barista wasn’t concerned at all and didn’t seem to care. We generally stop here for coffee daily but haven’t been back since.“
“My mother had a specific beverage she wanted but could not recall the name. We made an error with the order, but the female barista patiently listened and crafted the drink based on my mother's description. I want to take this opportunity to send her a BIG THANK YOU. You totally made our day, and I want to thank you for your excellent customer service.“

“I was having a rough morning last Tuesday and had to be fully functional by 7 am so had to drop by the drive thru and get some much needed caffeine. I got there and unfortunately not being fully awake, could not make up my mind. Luckily Cristy was patient enough when she was taking my order. Overall good experience and would definitely come back here again“

“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over six years, and honestly, I can say that I’ve never had a bad experience here.
The staff are always so kind, friendly, and helpful, and it’s genuinely a place I enjoy stopping by for my coffee. The service has always been great, and even on the rare occasion when something small is forgotten, they are always quick to fix it without any issue.
I also used to work at Starbucks, so I know how much is happening behind the counter at the same time. Mistakes can happen — we’re all human. What matters to me is how people handle them, and this team has always been wonderful.
They truly deserve a 10/10, especially considering how busy this location can get, including the big rushes with high school students. Even during those crazy busy moments, they still manage to stay friendly, helpful, and smile, which is not easy.
I really hope customers remember that the people behind the counter are working on their feet, multitasking, and doing their best to take care of everyone. A little patience and kindness goes a long way.

I usually get a large hazelnut latte with a good amount of room so I can put cold cream in it and drink it right away.
Emily informed me that I could REDUCE THE TEMP of my drink. I had no clue this was even a thing. Thank you for letting me know and I will be doing this going forward.“

“Very very very busy Starbucks. Inside is always loud and minimal seating. Driver through difficult to go through with tight access.
Food is typical Starbucks - no complaints there besides having to wait for a LOOONNNNGGG time for your drinks.“

“THE BEST LEMONADE IVE EVER HAD WITH A SIDE OF GREAT SERVICE.
I walked in and was greeted with one of the most genuine and enthusiastic employees I have ever seen. I asked her for a Lemonade recommendation and she made the tastiest mango lemonade I’ve ever had in my life. I think her name was noog (her name tag was a little messy) Great service and great lemonade. Kudos to her and the team.“
“Nice staff and got to try the new strawberry açai refresher !! Parking lot can be a little tight as a heads up. Good inside for meeting and having a chat over coffee as it didn’t appear too busy inside. There are some seats outside which is nice when it’s sunny“
