The service is fast, the orders are accurate, and you can tell they care about their customers. Keep up the amazing work! :)“

“Depends on who is working as far as how your service will be. Extra hot for some is luke warm. Last latte I had tasted like chemicals and burned my mouth and it wasn’t because it was actually hot. When I returned the drink the barista wasn’t concerned at all and didn’t seem to care. We generally stop here for coffee daily but haven’t been back since.“
“I wanted to write a review today to highlight the service we got from a fabulous employee at this location, Joe. Exceptional service, I was looking for a decaffeinated beverage and Joe recommended the perfect tea latte style drink. I would go back just because of Joe. The tea was fantastic, the service was excellent, I am not a fan of the environment simply because it can get very loud when it gets busy. Thank you for a lovely experience!“

“I was having a rough morning last Tuesday and had to be fully functional by 7 am so had to drop by the drive thru and get some much needed caffeine. I got there and unfortunately not being fully awake, could not make up my mind. Luckily Cristy was patient enough when she was taking my order. Overall good experience and would definitely come back here again“
“Ok… Starbucks has fallen… back to excellence! Why? Great Breakfast sandwiches at LOWER prices. Bacon, sausage & egg wrap $6.99 is VERY good.
THE CHANGES MADE BY STARBUCKS ON 2023/24 are worth your visit. Espressos are ok, unless you ask for special care and then they are VERY GOOD and comparable to boutique.. JUST ASK.“

“I consistently have a great experience at this location. The staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful in recommending drinks that suit my preferences. Their suggestions are always spot-on, and the quality of the beverages is excellent.
I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by the team.“
“This location services the large highschool, elementary, and middle school a few blocks away, so I suggest avoiding around 7.30am and 3.30pm on weekdays. Other than that, it's usually not too hectic and can be a good place to study or visit with loved ones. The baristas at this location are almost always cheerful and fun (everyone has their off days) and I've noticed much more consistency with my drinks as of late, which isn't always commonplace with Starbucks. There's high top seating and a large table with chairs inside and lots of outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade in the warmer months. They also have a decent selection of their merchandise, but not as much as the Willowbrook Mall location. One last thing of note is that it is a squishy parking lot, especially during the peak hours mentioned earlier, but there is more spaces closer to the bank and corner store.“
“Nice staff and got to try the new strawberry açai refresher !! Parking lot can be a little tight as a heads up. Good inside for meeting and having a chat over coffee as it didn’t appear too busy inside. There are some seats outside which is nice when it’s sunny“
